I will NEVER order pizza from this location again. They literally just through some pizza together and delivered it to me. I ordered regular hand tossed cheese pizza and buffalo chicken. I received my order with the sauce from the buffalo chicken literally poured on the pizza and the cheese pizza had sauce caked up on the crust it wasn’t even spread out. I called and they said “Well that’s how we make our pizza” since freakin when?? Yea poor customer service to go right along with this poor put together pizza smh

Fast and accurate delivery! Exactly 20 minutes from order to first bite! Driver was very friendly and left our pizzas exactly where I asked, and waited until he saw me coming to the door to pick them up before leaving. Our order was simple but they got it right and didn’t forget the extra dip that we requested. Well worth the tip!

Very strongly suggest NOT ordering from this location. We placed an order about two weeks ago and email said it would be delivered in about 30 minutes. It was never delivered. My husband drove by the location almost 2 hours after and they just closed up the store and left. We still haven’t gotten a refund and we’ve talked to customer service twice and talked to an actual person at this location and still nothing. We filed a fraud claim with the bank and it’s been two weeks of this mess. Horrible horrible horrible location and service.

Order a pizza with my rewards points. When I picked my pizza and got to car I realized it wasn’t what I ordered.I went back inside and told the manager that my pizza was not what I ordered online.Without hesitation he said what did you order we will remake it for you.There wasn’t a flinch he immediately re made my pizza.With all the pizza choices that we have,this service is why I will continue to order from this location.The pizza was good but the service was 5 star great!

If I could give less than one star I would tonight I had the worst experience, I placed an order at 6:15 and the online tracker said it would be delivered by 6:50, it was around 8:20 that I showed up to the store and still hadn’t received my order, it was just sitting in a carry out bag, and when she the lady tried to give it to me I told her I wanted to make sure it was still warm which it wasn’t it was lukewarm, I’m like if I wanted to reheat pizza I would have gotten frozen pizza so I ordered Marcos and it was ready within 15 mins, the lady that works in Pizza Hut proceeds to throw the pizzas on the floor I’m like don’t be mad at me because I expect hot fresh pizza, I will never order Pizza Hut in Meridianville again, this so frustrating when you have kids at home to feed and are getting hangry
