Well I walked in and got a large pizza with everything and the wax out of pepperoni for one got wings and bread, the bread was hard to chew the wings was cool the pizza looked like it was a day old and the crust almost broke my tooth worst pizza ever i spent 48,dollars for that kind of money I could have gotten Dominos and got everything the same but better and my food was cold

I mean do Pizza Hut not do “pan” anymore? I was not given an option it was hand tossed, deep dish or thin. What happened to that lil greesy residue on your hand and that crisp. I have never had such dry pizza ever in life like tonight. It’s upsetting because if you anything like me I eat out with the kids on special occasions which is rare and you want your food right! I mean it’s sad how people don’t care for their craft anymore and I’m sure they eat out and have high expectations I’m not feeding NOBODY what I wouldn’t myself/family yuck!

I stopped by this location on February 27, 2026 around 2:45 PM to pickup a pizza I purchased online.
Miss Jessica decided to help someone else at the drive-through, although I was the next customer to be helped. Her reply was, oh I know her! I said, well that’s no reason to help them before me. There should be some order. She responded, I’ll get to you! I asked for the manager. She said, I’m the manager. I said, well that’s not the way a manager should manage. I asked for the general manager (GM) which she gave me. After sharing with her what she had done wrong again, I asked for her name and she said she don’t give her name to strangers. I said, well you’re the manager and you gave me the GM’s name. She abruptly said, it’s Jessica. This is not how a customer should be treated!! In short, I plan to share this with the GM, Suzy, but will not be doing business with Pizza Hut anymore! And this will be shared with on Facebook.

Farewell. Sad to see a historic pizza franchise decay into such a mess. This location specifically used to regularly receive my business and praise. Today was distinctly different and serves as my last customer experience. I learned that I’ve been accruing loyalty points and that they were due to expire. So I did what I ALWAYS do, I called to place an order. Unfortunately the points aren’t valid unless order is placed online. I asked how come, considering every order for the last 7 years was placed over the phone. The representative refused to help with a solution so I asked for a supervisor. He advised he was the Manager. So at 3:54 on 11/12/25 I advised him this would be my last attempt to order anything from them. His exact words “No Worries” and he hung up. I’ll miss my thin crust pep but promise I’ll never return there.

Leaving Dominos now with an excellent looking pizza for $2 less than Pizza Hut.

Update 2: well it appears they still have a buggy system not giving accurate carry out and delivery times waited inside for 45 minutes, line was almost out the door this may be the last time I go to this location unless the new owners can fix things like they said they would, never had this problem before.

Update: found out the new owners implemented flawed computer system please be patient with the workers they do serve a nice pie, hopefully they fix it soon

Food was great and people working in there are always great. I am seriously wondering if they got new owners, seeing a lot of changes new call center, constantly understaffed etc.. I hate to see a top notch store, get torn down by corporate greed and outsourcing., I don’t go to Papa John’s or Domino’s bc they went that way years ago. Guess I’ll have to get my pizza fix elsewhere and if I want good customer service I guess I’ll go to locally owned places like Steak Out, they don’t even allow DoorDash. I love it.
Edit: I highly doubt that you were changing your labor hiring policies that implemented the call center to keep in store labor down. Plus, it seems you’ve invested in a faulty system. Had to wait almost 2 hours for my food the last time I was. It was explained to me that the store recently got an upgraded system that is not new, but is so buggy that it can’t update expected carry out and delivery times, nor can the stuff update it manually. Is this some AI bs? Please stop taking humans out of the loop and support your local job market properly.

The girl working with the long ponytail and bangs is holding this Pizza Hut together. She is working at top speed and still having to deal with problems. She deserves a raise.

Whoever implemented the “new” system that prioritizes deliveries over carry out and tells customers a 20 minute wait when it is actually an hour needs to find a new hobby. I told my husband we will never be eating at this location again.

$46 for 2 large pizzas and wings is not worth having to wait an hour and a half for food. When you are told 20 minutes.

I waited in an empty drive-through while an employee went to the back and the MANAGER was on her cell phone. After I paid thru Robyn the MANAGER, – Robyn the manager stated “ she wonders why nobody tips them on Saturdays”’ Hands me my food and slam the drive-through window in my face. In addition to being out of a couple things on the menu. So rude while I have my young child in the car watching the whole interaction, he said Mom she was so rude! Thanks, Robin the manager for an awful experience today now we’re uneasy to continue business with you guys. That’s unfortunate my kids used to love Pizza Hut.

Definitely good on Pizza Hut for a while. Order 2 items at 7:30. They told me my order was ready online only to get there and wait 45 minutes for a medium pizza and cinnamon rolls.

It’s simple, don’t tell me the order is ready until it’s ready.

I placed a carry-out order on 1/1/25 totaling $48.00. Upon returning home, I realized all of the food items were not packed. I contacted the store only to speak with the nastiest manager named James! I was politely trying to explain that he didn’t include all of the wings when he hung the phone up! I’ve never experienced such horrible service from this location before! I’m not sure how Pizza Hut conducts business, but James needs a real attitude adjustment and a lesson in customer service!

I ordered a pizza, and it was an HOUR LATE. There is no real number to call or person to talk to. They connect you to the call center and SAY they are connecting you, but you sit on hold. Same for if you try to speak to a manager. I don’t spend my hard-earned money to be mistreated. This is the last time you will get any money from me.
