Tasteless crust. Definitely not what I expected. They used to put some type of garlic seasoning on the crust but without it the pizza is quite plain. And the cheese sticks…… don’t let me get started. What happened to the cheese sticks???? It’s literally bread with a thin layer of cheese on them. Taste like just baked bread. What happened to Pizzahut?? I even asked the manager about the crust and he claims that they only put a sauce on the stuffed crust pizzas. Never had this happen at other locations. Definitely not going back. I wish I had of gone to Dominos

Order a large pizza from this location. 2 people working. Long line 45 min wait after arrival from mitigation pizza ready. Terrible sevice. And not timely. Pizza crust was not baked and sauce was nasty.

I had a really rough day the other day and my DoorDash order went bad, I ended up getting scammed by a customer and was really upset. The employee working named Keyon was incredibly kind and patient with me. He helped calm me down, actually listened, and went out of his way to help by letting me have the order. His kindness honestly turned my whole day around. Customer service like that is rare, and Pizza Hut is lucky to have someone like him. Thank you, Keyon!

I ordered (carry out) the new Cheesy Bites Pizza, with extra pepperoni for lunch on my work break. My Boss went to pick it up. First strike, they didn’t brush the cheesy bites/crust with the garlic butter stuff that’s clearly shown in the advertisement which was a huge let down because they were so bland and awful. Absolutely no flavor and almost no cheese inside of them. Second strike, they left off the extra pepperonis we paid over FIVE extra dollars for. An even bigger let down. Literally the cost was $12 and some change before adding extra pepperoni, then went up to $20 and some change after adding the extra pepperoni, only for them to NOT put it on the pizza. And lastly the third strike, my Boss said the staff working were unbelievably unpleasant and unprofessional. He said it was the worst customer service he had received in a long time. The man working the counter behaved in an irritated manner, took his money and then got an attitude because he forgot he hadn’t even given my boss the pizza yet, and looked at at him crazy for standing there and waiting on the pizza. He tried to say he already gave it to him, as he’s standing there empty handed. *Facepalm* He realized his mistake and finally handed him the pizza, in an irritated and inconvenienced manner.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Needless to say, we will not be back to or ordering from that location.

I waited for over an hour for delivery from this location. I finally called and the manger said the driver stole my food. She couldn’t do anything about it but refund the order. We were starving! I asked her to just send another driver bc we could t drive. She refused to get food to the house. I hate the way people are doing business now. Everyone has an attitude and HORRIBLE service these days. They don’t care about their customers.

We started eating here about 4 or 5 months ago and honestly there has only been once that my pizza was too greasy but it was thin crust so maybe that’s why. Other than that it has been really good every time we order. Reading most of these reviews I’m shocked because this is one of the best pizza huts I’ve eaten at and one of 5 places I will eat at downtown (so far). We sometimes ate here as many as 3 times in a week just because we knew it would be good vs the risk of paying $40 for food that we can’t eat. Maybe don’t get delivery if that seems to be an issue but I order online and go pick it up, most I have to wait is maybe 10 15 minutes if something isn’t ready.

The customer service representative that took my order over the phone did not put in that I wanted pan for my pizza, but Keon at the actual store was able to remake my pizza to accommodate my needs! Excellent service on the entire staff behalf!

We ordered delivery through the app and got raw chicken. I’ve worked in food service and the only way this happens is when they don’t temp the batches of chicken that they cook.
On top of that, since they use third party delivery they couldn’t send us new wings. Currently waiting on a refund.
