Went to this Arby’s about 11 am today… Got a Big Roast Beef and Curly Fry same thing I always get from every Arby’s in this area and when Traveling and it was absolutely disgusting… It was dry hard and crispy as you will see in pic and it had dry nasty crusty sauce on the inside top of box. It didn’t have sauce on sandwich it was like they pulled the sandwich container out of the trash… When we called to complain the lady said she would replace it but it was going to be the exact same way bc that’s how they cook it… I call absolute BS on that bc I eat Arby’s 4 to 6 times a week and always get the same sandwich… I have
NEVER got a sandwich that looks like this one… Maybe it’s time for the manager to be replaced or retrained… It is going to be a minute before I return to Arby’s bc the look and thought of this sandwich was DISGUSTING… My neighbor’s dog wouldn’t even eat it and he eats anything… Tried feeding it to him and it’s still on the ground…

I love Arby’s. But I most likely will make the trip further to another one. They open at 10, we got there shortly after and everything we had is barely warm. We came there cause our electricity is out so it’s not like we can throw our sandwiches in the microwave………

crap store literally stood in line the cashier took a persons order then went to the back to help and didn’t bother to take our order, we then waited and waited still no one took our order but could stand at the counter and talk. ridiculous service il be calling corporate about this.

Never had any issues going here. They are quick and accurate. One time we had three orders (one ticket) through drive through. They were all roast beef + fries. By the time we got to the window it was all ready. Insane speed with the right order. No loss on food quality for that specific order as well. Eating in the lobby also has a quick turnaround.

I eat at this arbys probably 2 times a week. But today I went around 8:15 o’clock and the roast beef was old. It was all hard and cold and there was like rubber type pieces in there. I couldn’t even eat it. This is a bad look on Arbys.

I had my wife go pick up food for when I got home and it was supposed to be 3 roasted beef and 1 loader Italian and 1 beef and cheddar and what we ended up with at the house was 5 roasted beefs and when I called the store they was so rude and would not fix my order I am so upset I will never come back to this store

Have always loved Arby’s. They’re foods more pricey but was always better than most fast food restaurants. The past few times tho prices increased the service has went down hill. When u pay $10+ for a meal it sd be worthy for the money. This was a sandwich as it was prepared by them today. Not even enough meat to spread over whole bun.
