Sailing Lost Dreams
This Pizza Hut just opened and we were excited about having one that delivers to our area. We placed an order for pick up this time because we were out and about. When I walked in I saw the staff. No one even said anything to me, as if they didn’t see me. The heavy set girl “ manager I think” looked right at me and didn’t say a word. After 2 or 3 minutes she slowly walked to the counter. Like I was bothering their conversation. Not only rude and looked like a slob. No way would I have someone like that managing one of my restaurants. The pizzas themselves were good but the service was not. This owner operator needs to do much better if they are going to last in our area.

I will never order from this place again. I waited two hours for just 12 pieces of chicken wings. When i first walk in I asked why my order was not ready, the manager told me it was going to be ready in 6 minutes. I was being told that the manager is on the phone with another customer. The manager told me that she dropped some wings for me at 10:39, then it would take 6 minutes to be ready. When they were ready, they boxed them for a delivery order. I had to ask for refund because it was ridiculous.

So good, Pizza Hut is a dying chain but seeing one pop up in psl was awesome. Pizza Hut is hands down my favorite Fast food pizza place, it definitely will cost more than a dominoes but the taste is much better. This location is also super fast with carry out.

Food wise there were no issues. I just want to know how I have to pay a 5 dollar delivery fee and then that delivery is outsourced to doordash? I just won’t order from here if you’re not going to directly employ someone and still charge the delivery fee.

Who’s managing this place? We ordered ahead and they claimed 20 minutes. We’ve been waiting almost an hour! Went in and paid for the food but they charged us for someone else’s order instead and still hadn’t even started making our food at that point!

I usually enjoy a Pizza Hut once in awhile. This one just wasn’t good. There was practically zero sauce on my large pizza. This made it taste dried out. I picked up the cheese to find it and it was non-existent. I was hopeful because they recently opened. I’m still giving them 3 stars in hopes they will improve and try harder next time.
