I was feeling hungry so I was going to McDonald’s but I figured I’d eat pizza hut instead, Im honestly so happy I did. The service was AMAZING. they treated me like actual people instead of just another customer, I only had 15 dollars and they helped me get the most out of it! The workers Brantley sima were absolutely the best. Oh and the food was good.

Ordered the flatbread pizzas and up on arrival they looked burnt and gross the crust was definitely inedible. When we called to complain the guy who answered the phone was rude and didn’t help much ended up only refunded is for one of the flatbreads. Will not eat here again.

I ordered two pizzas for delivery — one cheese and one pepperoni — but received two pepperoni pizzas instead. My children are allergic to pepperoni, so this was a serious issue.
I tried calling the store and was placed on hold for almost two hours with no answer. When I contacted customer service, they told me the only option was to offer a coupon and that I would have to pay again to have the correct order delivered. She also stated that with the complaint, someone would get back to me within 1 to 2 days.
This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Poor customer service and no accountability. Worst experience ever.

I absolutely love Pizza Hut but this location needs help. It was one person working the back and cashing out. It was a line of people and of course she never asked who was waiting first (which was me). I waited with my children while two other people who came behind me were serviced. I did mention that I was first and she proceeded to tell me she was by herself and had an attitude. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

Well, I ordered stuffed crust pizza and a few other things, but the problem was the stuffed crust. First slice had a very sour taste in just the crust, I called to let them know and at first all was good, said they would give a refund and all was great. Well I got 7 missed called from that same guy, to argue with me that the food was fresh and couldn’t have been sour. He spam called me to argue. 0/10 experience and VERY creepy and unprofessional from the guy who thought spam calling someone to argue was ok. Won’t be going back. Bad quality and attitude.
Update:went to the store, creepy rude guy tried to play manager, then actual manager came out trying to say they were confirming the refund THAT WAS ALREADY CONFIRMED in the first call. Said no, was got argued with and kept dodge the question. Tried to say it was the call center. Creepy guy then admitted it was him spamming us. Absolutely atrocious, having to call and go to the store is terrible. 0/10 still and this was all over a complaint over sour mozzerella. Change your staff and might go back.

Unfortunately before I ordered they failed to disclose the delivery was through a 3-rd party. The food was cold and tasteless. There wasn’t enough sauce on the pizza, the crust was large, dry, cold, and unappealing. The cheese sticks barely had melty cheese on it and then someone dumped an entire container of grated cheese. Seriously if I could give zero stars, I would. I will never order from here again.

These are literally the most undercooked horrible looking pizzas I’ve ever received. I can’t believe the manager let this order go out the door like this. Ordered the Detroit double pepperoni and it’s missing the cupped pepperoni, oh and the cheese. Yep no cheese on this pizza except a thin layer right in the middle. Have you seen the picture of the Detroit pizza? I will add here as a comparison. Also our second pizza was supposed to be a large pan with the white sauce and we got a medium hand tossed instead. To top all that off missing the garlic and parmesan boneless wings and cookie, luckily they also didn’t charge my card even tho I ordered them. Still lame tho. They could have called and offered an alternative or something. We have been trying to call the store for over an hour since we got the food delivered. It’s inedible as it is and I want it replaced. Unfortunately no one will pick up the phone. They just pick up and hang up or ignore it til it rings to a fax line. The receipt doesn’t even show the address or phone number where it came from. Fortunately we always get it from the location that is closet for years. How shady has pizza hut become, so disappointed. My son is about to drive up there to personally return the horrible food they sent us because they can’t bother to answer the phone. This is not the customer service I’ve been used to with Pizza Hut, a definite and steep fall from previous experiences. The delicious looking Detroit style pizza below is the one they are using on the menu.

My standards are not high when it comes to order-out pizza. I’ve preferred Pizza Hut as the chain of choice for as long as I can remember, but this establishment has all but ended that. Twice now I’ve ordered from them via Uber Eats, and twice now the entire order is undercooked. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the oven or what, but the crust is practically still dough and the only thing that seems to be cooked on the cheese sticks is the cheese. I encourage management to initiate some sort of quality control at minimum, and order an inspection of the oven at maximum. There’s no reason the items sold to me should have been put out.

I waited an hour for my delivery then I tried tracking it because the tracker went away and couldn’t find it. So I called the store who then proceeded to tell me that they weren’t making any more deliveries due to shortage of dough….. So great! They couldn’t have informed me of that an hour before when I placed the order. Then he says I’m pretty sure I called you. Yeah definitely not.

When I first placed my order online, I saw I was charged twice. They eventually reversed the charges. I placed an order at 6:10, and finally received my order after 8. I understand it’s a Friday night which means they are busy. But I called at 7:15 and the gentleman told me 45 more minutes because they were busy and under staffed. An hour later I called and he said my order would be here shortly. He did arrive. Not hot, barely warm, pizza slightly burnt, breadsticks luke warm. I paid $41 for my order which includes $4 for delivery charges, which to me takes away from the tip for the drivers.
I do not BLAME the employees at all, however I do blame the Managers and Owners. Step up help your employees. I have ordered from here before and had no issues, but this time was very very disappointing. Pizza Hut is a franchise and needs to take better care of their employees and maybe this wouldn’t happen to customers who used to enjoy your food. #Way to go employees, step up managers and owners.
