Mike the manager is extremely RUDE, dismissive & I called corporate due to my bacon being RAW (which I will /have submit pictures of! Being that he was the manger & when I called he had the same attitude he had when I was in the actual store I did not want to deal with him. Here I am 2/3 month later waiting for corporate to contact me & they haven’t so I called the store sadly he’s the same RUDE manager on shift & tells me “clearly calling corporate didn’t go good for you” as well as “it’s all the same bacon” “we cook it the same” well plenty of other pizza huts make our back VERY WELL DONE!
Now I am here today he’s stepping in to help make pizzas with his barehands while the employee has on gloves . I will submit pictures of that as well.

This Pizza Hut location always has excellent customer service. We have always been very pleased with the quality and professionalism that the management and staff here demonstrate and execute for customers. One recent example took place last week when there was an issue that arose with one of the orders that was mistakenly placed through the Pizza Hut app by us. The management and staff made another pizza with the specs that we desired and even graciously and generously provided the mistaken pizza to us as a courtesy to our children. Bailey (hopefully we spelled her name correctly) and the management at this location are outstanding and exceptional. They always handle our orders well and in a timely manner. We highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

Wonderful experience. My daughter and I decided to have lunch here. One gentleman offered to cut my daughter’s personal pan pizza into 8 slices instead of 4 slices and it helped a lot. Thank you for your service above and beyond.

1st time eating here since the pandemic. They now allow dinning inside. And the buffet is back. I was seated and greeted right away. Pizza order took only 10 minutes.

I was disappointed with our order with this store. We ordered two, 3 topping pizza’s and both had large dried out areas where there was no toppings or sauce, just crust and overcooked cheese. This is the second time we’ve gotten bad service from this location.

Extremely rude staff. Older man is extremely rude over the phone taking orders and when you go in he looks at you and does not greet does not even acknowledge you. Talks to employees about customers and is just nasty.

Your pizza was not good at all hardly any toppings for a large supreme and the crust was not cooked all the way. For the cost it should of been so much better.

I did an online order due to be ready by 1pm. Once I walked in when to the counter and NOT 1 person greeted me. I sat at the counter because I noticed my pizza wasnt ready based upon the screen on the wall. I sat for more than 10 mins, still no one said a thing to me, a lady came in to pu an order so I went to the counter with her, wow someone asked how can I help, told them I was there to Pu an order gave them name, paid for the order, he told me have a seat it will be ready soon 5 mins later he goes I am so sorry we lost your order can i offer you a dessert or drink for your time. I did not leave until 1:30p. Manager or owner of this establishment…you desperately need to step up your customer service and efficiently. Currently it SUCKS.

I go to same location all the time. This time I ordered veggie with jalapeños make it extra jalapeños. I got there picked up pizza, opened box, no jalapeños were visible, pointed it out to cashier, he pointed to a green pepper and said there’s one. Then asked for next person in line. Terrible all the way around.
