A NEW BEGINNING FARM
Our food was not what we would normally expect from a hibachi restaurant. My rice had no flavor and the rice is what we normally look forward to taking home! The shrimp was over cooked, hard and chewy…while my scallops were under cooked. The vegetables were just onions and zucchini and they were mush and again no flavor. As we finished our meal and the table beside us started their meal. Their cook had a conversation with one family throughout the cooking experience. Instead of entertaining the entire table, he held a private conversation with one man and his family. This to me was unprofessional and rude. The other customers sat there looking around. Just over all disappointed.

Customer service is horrible not present at all. I bought an order of plain fried rice and shrimp fried rice $15 just to get home 15 minutes away with a big piece of hair in it. Call back to let them know and was told to bring that rice back in to get another one not a sorry about that or nothing. I took a picture and bag it up and brought it right on back. I asked for the manager the girl at the register swear manager she was the manager and said she would show it to the owner and get me some more I swear if my daughter didn’t want this rice I would’ve just got my money back. I get the new rice she swear she stood there and watched them cook it still no sorry about that an apology of any kind no remorse at all. They probably don’t care but I will not be eating here anymore

I never write reviews for restaurants. This one was so appalling, I had to. I’m by no means new to Japanese food. I make Japanese foods at home. Nagoya served what was, by far, the worst Japanese food I have ever had in my life.

Greenwoods dime for sushi. This guy doesn’t play around when it comes to quality sushi and quality work. Takes pride in serving you this restaurants version of perfection with a added side of awesome customer service. We eat here all the time and we went today and got there at 1:10 pm and walked inside and a lady said sorry we had to close with no explanation several employees sitting at the bar online says closes at 2:30 the door does also sucks because we drive 40 minutes just to eat here
