I was in the mood for something decadent and delicious. Also something that I could eat and share with my family. So I decided to make a huge healthy salad to go with the Pizza Hut order! The pizza arrived in record time and was piping hot, gooey and delicious! I took advantage of a Pizza Hut special and got two pizzas for a good price! I had plenty to share with everyone and enjoyed it with the salad!

I ordered online. My pizza had the correct toppings but the dough I guess bubbled up during baking and 3 of the pieces had nothing on them. I wouldn’t have served that pizza. I would have gladly waited longer for a new one. Instead I was swerved a pizza that was missing toppings. I didn’t bother to call and complain based on the customer service when I went in for pick up. I wasn’t acknowledged at all upon entry no “hello” “welcome in” “picking up?” Nothing. Needless to say I won’t be going to dominos anytime soon.

I will never order from this location again!!! They apparently don’t know what light sauce, well done means… Last week our pizza was undercooked n the cheese sticks were over cooked, they did give us credit for that- so we ordered a big dinner box today n neither pizza had light sauce n the middle of both pizzas were not cooked all the way through- the wings were disgusting with barely any sauce on them… We moved recently and unfortunately can’t order from the Pizza Hut we liked so I guess no more Pizza Hut for us because this location obviously doesn’t pay attention nor care what their customers want…

Dec 27 2025 7:14pm tipped $6 got 1 large pizza. First when it was delivered I got my pizza and my pizza was literally folded in half I had to unfold it like actually unfold it. Second there was more sauce on the pizza than cheese no joke. Third the pizza was not fully cooked doughy doughy I said it twice because it was that bad. Lastly we got stuffed crust and I honestly couldn’t tell the difference between the cheese and the dough because they didn’t cook it properly. Out of 5 stars I’d give them a order from little Ceasars instead. Highly DO NOT recommend. Threw it out ordered Chinese food it was way better and the chicken might of been cat still better than this place. Just hoping to save someone from this place not for human consumption. Throw the whole store away.

I think it is robbery when you order the dinner box that includes 2 medium pizza with 1 topping on each, wings or pasta, and bread sticks. But as your one topping you only want extra cheese but they still want to charge you $2 for each pizza they add the extra cheese too. They won’t even give you a discount for not getting any topping. Plus on top of that it is $2 extra for getting the pasta and $2 more for getting either cheese sticks or cinnamon sticks. When it all adds up now the order is not $26.99 it is $34.99. Plus what ever it is they charge for the delivery fee then on top of that you have to give a tip. Don’t get me wrong, their food is good, but they should give a discount or not charge the extra $2.

I’ve ordered pizza from this location at least 8x in the past 6 months, never, even though it is requested, do they ever put seasoning on the crust. Tonight I ordered 3 different pizzas and requested seasoning on each one and as you can see by the pictures the crust is plain. I have given enough chances as I know people are human and make mistakes, but every single time?? Don’t even offer it as an option if your staff will not do it. I know its just crust but thats it, it’s just crust-add the seasoning or dont offer it.

Was so excited and ready for some pizza but the pizza I ordered was hard, dry, and had a sticky chewy like texture. I can’t tell If it was over cooked or undercooked but I couldn’t eat it. I was able to get a refund luckily but had to drive all the way back to the store to give them back the pizza which is fine because I didn’t eat it but I had to waste gas even though I wasn’t the one who made the mistake. It was almost like they didn’t believe me. I drove all the way there just to receive another copy of a receipt I already had. Save yourselves the trouble and buy from somewhere else.

Pizza Hut has always been my go to. I don’t order from anywhere else except for an occasional local place. I have also live in the same place for 22 years so I have always ordered from the same location. Every once in a while I have had small issues but nothing worth complaining or calling about. Tonight for the first time I decided to try their fries. For $4.79 this is what I got. A child size portion of fries. I decided to call because the portion was absurd for the amount of money and they told me that is what I paid for and refused to compensate anything. They said that they pre portion everything in the morning and that the single order I purchased is what they delivered. It was an absolute absurd amount of fries for the money. I can’t say I will never order from them again in a pinch but I felt it necessary to put out to the public what they sell and the poor management decisions behind it all. From the portion sizes to the condescending attitude of the management I spoke with. Poor decisions all around.
