Overcooked nasty dried up mess stuck to the bottom of the box. What a waste of money, we can’t even eat this atrocity and poor excuse of a pizza. This location is terrible, this is why Pizza Hut is closing locations… serving trash like this.

Under-cooked, still raw, intentionally I think. I ordered 2 pan pizzas for their $2 deal, added one topping, did not tip (it was a $6.50 order picked up).
I should have made them show me the pizza in the box before leaving, the pepperoni was barely even cooked, it was still floppy and raw.
This leads me to believe that there is no way they didn’t know their food is coming out under-cooked and are intentionally serving customers poorly cooked food.
After 5 years of not going to pizza hut, never going back here again for another 5.
Do not go to this place with the current staff, I would not trust them to make me dinner.

My family and I really enjoy eating in however today I wanted to eat something new at home. So I decided on trying Pizza Hut’s Individual Pizza with a Side. My Hut Box was great and filling. It was really hot when delivered and the fries were very crispy. That is impressive. I highly suggest that others try this Pizza Hut special as seen on the television. I also recommend the Pesto Pizza!

This restaurant offers wonderful service, great tasting pizza & wings every time we order. The associate recommended the deep dish pizza which I ordered with Pepperoni. It looked amazing & was delicious! The crust was perfectly baked. The Garlic Parm wings were also great.i highly recommend this Pizza Hut site. EXCELLENT!

My very first time ordering here and my last. Asked them to please make it well done but that didn’t happen. The cheese didn’t even melt and you cut it up and sent it out anyways?! It was seriously barely warm. You could care less and it shows.

I accidentally parked in what turned out to be their “driver” parking spot — the sign was small and easy to miss, especially in a busy public plaza shared by several stores. I went next door for my son’s haircut, and a man from Pizza Hut came in yelling across the entire store asking who owned a black Honda (I drive a grey Hyundai). Everyone said no, but he came back again, loudly insisting someone must own it and threatened to have it towed.
When I realized he was talking about my car, I immediately went to move it. He then started shouting that I had “hit” his old Kia — which I absolutely did not. His tone was aggressive, rude, and completely unnecessary. I made it clear that I wouldn’t damage my brand-new car by hitting his beat-up vehicle.
This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from an employee representing a national brand like Pizza Hut. I’ll never be returning to this location.

First time getting PH in a very long time.. Crust was soggy under toppings..cutter crust was baked fine..we only got a pepperoni and cheese…they could have been a little more generous with the pepperoni..another 20 pieces around the pie would have been perfect.

Ordered the “Wednesday lil wings” deal on the Pizza Hut app and the picture shows bone in wings. Got it and they were boneless wings. Pretty bad advertisement in my opinion. Doesn’t disclaim that they’re boneless anywhere and it shows a picture of bone in wings. And they barely have any sauce on them
