Absolutely a five-star experience. I didn’t even know they still had Pizza Huts around anymore, and it used to be one of my favorites growing up here in Florida. I grabbed the Flat Pizza Special and it was so good it didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before I took the first bite. The smell alone sold me. The lady working the counter was extremely friendly and delivered excellent customer service from start to finish. Small shop, big quality. I’ll definitely be back.

Bought a New York Pizza no extra toppings for $10. Came home and looked at the poor example of a New York Pizza. Dry, old cheese and sauce like they heated a commercially frozen pizza base. Tasted worst than the cardboard it came in. Do you have to add tipping to get some sauce n cheese. Very depressing. Avoid this terrible sham.

Just paid $34 for 18 pieces of medium buffalo traditional wings and got Honey BBQ. When I called, they made ZERO effort to offer any solutions. Will NEVER do business with this Pizza Hut again.

Ordered my pizza at 538pm, approximately an hour later I see car lights and walkout through the garage to find the delivery driver walking away from my $50 worth of pizza sitting on the ground, I called the store to inform them of my ground pizza and all the manager said was, “we use doordash for delivery” we will make sure we don’t use him again. “Don’t care” I just want me pizza that hasn’t been sitting on the ground, “im not eating food that has been on the ground” he then said we will make it again and get it out to you but they are very busy so it will take a while, after another 90 minutes still no pizza so I called the store back and the same man “said he was one of the managers” informed me that they have lost my order 2 times and don’t know where it is, I told him I wanted a refund “paid cash with tip $65” and he can come pick up the ground pizza and give me my refund. He said he didn’t have any drivers, so I told him to get in his own car and come get this nasty dirty pizza and bring me my refund, he agreed, 2 hours later “total time 4hrs” and still no refund and the pizza is still sitting outside on the ground. I ordered pizza from Domino’s and guess what? They didn’t leave my food on the ground, they handed it to me. I moved to North Port 1 year ago and have been ordering pizza once a week “normally on Tuesday” with an average cost of $40 each time from this Pizza hut, NOT ANYMORE!! thats about $2080. A year that will NOT be going to pizza hut anymore because of one lousy delivery person and one very lousy pizza hut manager!!!

I go to this Pizza Hut location all of the time and usually have a wonderful experience. I use the app to order and by the time I get there my pizzas are ready. Normally. Last time I was there, they had a problem and ended up remaking one of the pizzas so it took a little longer but no big deal as it is not normally what happens. Since we were running late, I didn’t take a look at the pizzas until we got home and unfortunately there was a mistake. I love the pan pizza and pay the $2 to always get it as my crust. This time, both of my pizzas were the thin not pan pizzas that I had paid extra for. I contacted Pizza Hut through the app to see if they could do anything about this but I never got a response. I was really unhappy with Pizza Hut for them just blowing me off and keeping my extra money for the pizza crust upgrade that I did not get. Lesson learned, do not leave without checking the Pizza first and next time I place an order with them I am going to be doing it on the phone so that I can complain about them ripping me off. Hopefully they will credit me for the mistake on the last order but I am not going to hold my breath. Up until now they have been nothing but five stars but I have to take one off for the mistake that was never rectified. I am really unhappy with Pizza Hut having treated me with such disrespect.
