Visited this crown jewel of the Dunkinverse with my daughter on fine Monday morning in March. Happened to be st Patrick’s day. Her pistachio iced coffee was good, as was my regular hot coffee. Bravo!

There was that deaf woman taking my order, and I asked for a large iced cold cloud latte, but I was given a large hot latte. Not only that, but I also asked for two doughnuts that are Poe’s purple and Kreme Delight, and what I was given was only Poe’s purple and a white glazed doughnut. This is not the only time that they literally get my orders incorrect. There had been cases where the employees who were taking your orders heavily judged you too, like if you were speaking too loud, then the employee who was taking your orders would say, “Shut up.” You’re probably better off making it at home; their products are just way too expensive to begin with.

I cannot say enough nice things about this location!!! It must have new management because years ago there were constant issues. Now it’s perfection, the super friendly, efficient staff, quick service, i absolutely love this location. Keep up the great work!

I’m not sure if this is a local phenomenon or it is National but their donuts have gotten really small. It seems like they’re half the size that they were not that long ago. Looks like I’m going to have to find another local place!

First time visiting this Dunkin’ store to pick up a cup of coffee. Inside, just about every table was visible with stray crumbs and bits of food. The restroom was clean, but the soap dispenser was not working. Please, remember this Dunkin’ location does not have a drive-thru window.

I stop by this location 1 or 2 times a week for my Avocado Bacon Toast . It is the BEST.Always clean,staff is always cheerful and they use REAL bacon strips. I’ve been to other Dunkin locations and they use imitation bacon bits yuk!!

The staff at this location are very pleasant for the most part. However, I stopped in today and the young woman at the register was beyond rude. There were 3 people in line ahead of me. Each person greeted her and gave their order. She never said one word to any of us. Even when she was asked questions she just stared at you and did not respond. When she handed me my order I thanked her and she just nodded. Unbelievable! She should NOT be on the register. She would be better suited in the back cleaning.
