Very disappointed, my wings look like they were made the previous day when I ordered them right when Pizza Hut opened so they should’ve been fresh . & these look NO WHERE near tossed . And when I called to explain I was responded with a “ok”

These guys really need to shut down take out orders if they cant fulfill them. Its 347 pm on a monday… my take out order was placed at 315 pm.. they haven’t even started my order yet. How can you even do takeout orders? Its 2025 here… it doesn’t take 52 minutes to make a couple pizzas during the slow time of the day. No one is here picking up any orders .. its absolutely dead. We dont get paid as grubhub or doordash drivers to wait in restaurants . We are trying to earn a living and in the process that helps you expand your business.. Its not fair I have to wait 20 minutes because pizza hut doesn’t have there act together . I wouldnt come here or order here for takeout. They won’t take care of you . I even left my house 5 minutes late to prevent long waiting . I won’t accept orders from here again. Its not worth it. No driver should be waiting 20 minutes for free. Thats not ok. No excuses

I placed an order with this location for the 20 for $10 deal they have. I received a call from some snarky man saying they were out and could only offer me a six piece which is a very unreasonable accommodation especially since this isn’t the customers fault. I would think you could atleast give me something equivalent to what I requested. I told him that and he got very dismissive about it.. I now notice, he refunded my whole order without even saying it so now my kids wont even be receiving the other food I ordered. I guess the only good thing that came from this experience is that I got money back and I don’t have to spend it with such a rude person. I’ll take my money some where else

The stuffed crust pizza with tomatoes is delicious! So are the cheese sticks with awesome marinara sauce. I always get delivery through the app. Delivery has been either quick or on time. I just don’t like having to pay the extra money for delivery plus tips.
So far, I once had an issue ordering through the app & had to call the store. The young employee with an accent lied to me & overcharged me. He even refused to get the manager when I asked. The stuffed crust was supposedly not available. So I got a double order of cheese sticks, which we’re almost cold & packed the robust flavor it normally has. I reported this employee by the way.

I do not expect a high quality experience or food but its not bad and the emplpyees are usually nice and respectful. Its always easy if you use the app.

So I went to pick up my pizza from the lockwood ridge and 17th st location tonight. And there was a female “manager” i believe she was on shift. The way that I heard her have an attitude with another customer and the way I heard and saw her treat her employees was VERY unprofessional to say the least. It was rude and if I was one of the employees that works there I would want her fired or id want to quit myself. I hope this matter is taken care of.

Wanna say the $12 large deal is indeed the truth. I came in expecting to hear excuses but Mark was so friendly & helped me order right away!! The veggie / meat lovers combo he made was outstanding. Went back last week 4 the deal and Claire was there with a big smile working hard when Maciel started his shift and prepared my double meat lovers peppers n onions Lenox Ave NY Style specialty pizza. All I can say 1is 17TH ST PH is the real thing. 3 years ago I went to Bee Ridge location that serves unapologetically poor service & unusually small portioning all while charging a premium price and had not had the Hut since. This pizza was soooo good!!! Now I see why my friend used to send frozen Pizza Hut back home to Jamaica b/c we loved it that much! Idk how the Papa Johns down the street is even open when we all know no one out pizzas the Hut!!!!

Was missing 2 medium pizzas because they never showed up on the final receipt. The ” large” stuffed crust cheese pizza was like a medium with no sauce and barely any cheese on or in it. The boneless chicken wings were small overcooked balls of breading. Pizza Hut will not be getting my business again. One star is too good, but there’s no lesser rating. I don’t recommend anything either, but I can’t post this w/o putting something there.
