I can’t say enough good things about this Pizza Hut location. Their customer service is truly above and beyond every single time. They always make you feel valued as a customer, but the last visit really stood out they actually created a custom pizza just to make me happy. That level of care and attention is rare these days. Great food, great people, and amazing service. Highly recommended!

I frequent this location a bunch, as a customer and A DoorDash driver.
When I order food from there it’s always terrific, made in a timely fashion and Chris (who always seems to be manning the counter at all hours) delivers terrific customer service.
As a DoorDash driver, I’m pretty accustomed to restaurant management and staff treating us poorly. I’ve never been disrespected in any of my professions like I have as a food delivery driver. By companies that depend on me to deliver their food. It seems like it should be a team type atmosphere. It is not.
When I deliver from this store, that is not the case.
Chris always greets me by name and seems genuinely happy to see me. The food is always hot organized and ready to go.
In my opinion, this is the best chain pizza location in the city.

Leslie has been consistently wonderful to deal with every time we order from this store. Makes a huge difference in my order, timeliness. Always consistent and has good customer service skills. Need more people like them! Our orders have never been wrong when they take the order! Food quality has really been so much better lately. Keep up the great job!! So glad this Pizza Hut is here, wish they’d bring back the dine in Pizza Hut Restaurants, with PAC Man table games.

The chairs and table are gone. There aren’t any decorations where the table was, no candy bowl.
Usually has decor for Halloween as well as holidays.
It looks like it’s closing.

The pizza and melt were fine/good – the bites I did have – but two of the four wings ordered were completely raw. See photograph. This is not a situation where I received pepperoni on a sausage pizza. I have four kids… if one of them ate the raw nugget/wing and got sick – or worse – this would have been a tragedy.
To make matters worse, when I called to report the issue, the “Call center” could do nothing for me, and offered nothing more than a credit for a new order of wings THAT I HAD TO USE IN 30 DAYS! That is, simply put, ridiculous. Not even an offer for a refund! The wings were RAW. Not only did this create a safety concern, but it ruined my meal, prevented me from eating more, and could have resulted in serious health issues for my children. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and have zero intention of eating Pizza Hut food in the near future.

GOT THE WRONG PIZZA DRLIVERED. Called the store and the woman who answered told me No, I got the right pizza while I’m staring at a pizza I DID not order. I’m sick of lazy people who don’t want to do their job! I usually order from them twice a month but I won’t be wasting money here again.
