I recently ordered from my local store, and everything was perfect. The pizza arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely loaded with cheese. The crust was fluffy and the cheese was flavorful, the balance of sauce and cheese was spot on.
The staff was friendly and quick, and my order was ready exactly when promised. Especially the young lady, Juliany, she was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend if you’re craving a perfect cheesy pizza night!

Dec. 2, 2025 update: barely busy, and they gave my order away to someone else during lunch hour.
This Hut is rude to doordashers and disrespectful of their time and wages. Staff are SLOW and tell dashers, “You are not a customer. You’re a courier.”. Do you think I ever WILL be a customer preaching that bull? Do you think the person who paid me to be a “courier” will be doing more business with you, when their order takes 15 minutes AFTER I ARRIVE just to get out the door? Grey wig gal at the counter just rearranging receipts and letting heat out of the warmer. Ignores customers and dashers, so manager has to come do her job. I turned down multiple deliveries from this Hut and even reported them to DD because they’re messing with people’s ratings and livelihoods. Speed UP! Or close and let better equipped pizza joints serve people. And please don’t leave me a meaningless PR reply unless you plan on giving it to me with the hourly wage I lost.

We ordered from Lehigh Acres on Homestead. We live less than a
mile away from the restaurant. It took over 25 minutes to deliver after the driver left the restaurant. The pizza was barely warm. They screwed up the order, I ordered pepperoni, black olives, half with mushrooms the other half with green peppers. I was charged for each extra item, but no green peppers and the whole pizza with mushrooms. My husband hates mushrooms. The mozzarella sticks were good though. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The general manager for this location is a good person. I’ve never had a bad experience here in particular. That says a lot when there’s so much competition in Lehigh Acres. This is a convenient location on the way to work for me and the quality of the pizza has never failed, at least in my own experience, over the last 3 years since I moved to Lehigh.

Julie and Oscar are truly outstanding! From the moment I walked in, they treated me with such kindness and professionalism. They were attentive, quick to help, and made sure everything was exactly how it should be. It’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about their customers, but they really do. First time ever there…had 2 door dash orders (side hustle) First one they couldn’t find the order since they didnt even make it yet when 3 other dashers fortunately were in and out for the most part and my 2nd time, the lady was on the phone talking to someone personally barely moving fast and when I got the pizza in my bag in the car…I realized she didnt give me the wings and asked for me.to go get the receipt to see what wings they ordered…DONT YOU HAVE A COMPUTER. Wasting my time man lol do better.

This is the worst Pizza Hut and I will never spend money here. After placing an order for the second time this month. They automatically changed my delivery order to pick up. I tried calling the store many times and no answer. After speaking to the call center that somehow miraculously they were able to get a hold of the store I decided to cancel my order. I will no be giving my hard earned money to Pizza Hut.

I am so in love with the breadsticks! I’m also seriously embarrassed by how in love I am… But every time that I’ve had pizza breadsticks from this location, specifically, they are always loaded with that mouth watering seasoning I feel that everything is always seasoned very well! Hats off to the wonderful chefs!
