DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE!!
My first and Last time ever ordering from pizza hut. We had 2 pizzas delivered and neither of them had any pizza sauce on them, and they forgot the wings we ordered. Absolutely pathetic. I’ll be calling their corporate office tomorrow.

We ordered pizza yesterday for my daughter’s birthday and we ended up with cheese pizza instead of pepperoni,even the meat lovers was wrong. (This was from 3111 Us 98 location) The pizza was very dry, burnt and hard. We called back and management gave us a hard time. We still had full boxes of pizza and were willing to bring it back but they didn’t try to help in any way. Look at this pizza that’s overcooked and disgusting. One of my family members tried taking a bite but couldn’t eat it. They really ruined what could’ve been a fun night. Worst experience with pizza hut we’ve ever had. Horrible customer service! I would give 0 stars if I could.
We spoke to the GM as well after the response below who was rude as well . Look at all the bad reviews for this restaurant , it’s so many complaints of bad food& bad service which says a lot.Great customer service and quality food is important. I’ve ate from Pizza Hut since I was a kid, and this is the worst service we’ve ever received at one. We will not return to Pizza Hut.

I ordered online. I got a delivery time of 4:04 p.m. they assigned it to doordash apparently. Supposedly the Dasher didn’t show up so they ended up canceling my order and reordering it. I ordered extra sauce. I literally got a piece of cracker because I got a thin crust with cheese and pepperoni on it. I ordered a six-piece boneless wing. I didn’t even get the only thing they did got right was the two 20 oz pepsis.

Had to wait 27 minutes after my order was ready in the app then my pizza was cold an dry. Why I have wait so long if the pizza is cold anyway? Would not recommend if your looking a quick hot lunch

Pizza Hut has the best pizza ever in town special at this location. They have very nice employees and managers in supervisors as well. The food, fresh and hot fast service. Looking for me coming back See you soon

Over all just not happy prices aren’t listed anywhere. even in the “carry out menu” not a single price listed and 19$ for a large single topping is a bit much in my opinion. Great pizza but I’d like to see some prices before I order!

I ordered A simple personal pan pizza 2 toppings along with five wings what I received were the crumbs from the bottom of a bag of wings not one wing was bigger than a quarter. As for the pizza not much better, it had two toppings on 1/2, and the other half was a cheese pizza with a sprinkle of bacon. The staff an elderly gentleman who stated he had been working in the oven for 17 years told me this is Pizza Hut standards. He was rude and condescending for a guy with a job of a teenager. Management needs to do something about their substandard employees and their lackluster performance.

Usually I dont go out of my way to post reviews online about restaurants. However, I will make Pizza Hut located on 3111 US hwy 98 S #116 Lakeland FL, 33803. My special guest today.
On Saturday August 23, 2025 we ordered a total of 3 pizza’s (2 Large Pepperoni Pizzas and 1 Meat Lovers Pizza).
We made the order online. While making the order, we noticed that there was an issue with their system. The system kept booting us off, and unchecking items in which we selected.
Finally the order went thru, but the order came out incorrectly as a result.
The pizza’s were dry, burned(overcooked) and looked like they had been sitting in the warmer for an extended period of time.
We were given 2 Cheese Pizzas with Burnt cheese toppings. In fact it looked like they held back on Cheese. The 1 meat lovers was burned as well.
We attempted to bring the pizzas back. We had spoken with 2 managers that night that were very rude. They had nonchalant attitudes and they didn’t even try to make things right. We offered to bring the pizza’s back and they kept pushing the narrative that nothing could be done.
We have wrote complaints and even went far as speak with the General Manager(David) in efforts to resolve this issue and we havent gotten no where.
When speaking to store level management they told us, that the General Manager would stand with their decision not to make things right.
Everybody whom we spoke to had really nasty attitudes. This is very unacceptable
My daughter birthday was Saturday its sad that she didnt even get to enjoy the pizza we bought for her birthday.
The burnt and dry pizza that we were given, I would not have gave that out to any stray dogs in the street.
Honestly I feel that if we were a different race, this issue would have been resolved quickly without any issues at all.
We didnt try to get our money back. All we wanted was fresh food. We had the receipt, and offered to bring the food back immediately. Its just unreal how everyone at this location treated us so Nasty. They basically forced us to keep Burnt/Overcooked food that really wasnt the right order anyway.
Stay away from this location at all costs.
