I NEVER COMPLAIN…THE EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL. Both managers on duty need to be wrote up and the cashier needs educated. Messed up the order. Was supposed to be a combo meal. Received sandwich only. It was cold. Sent it back. Ended up asking for a refund…WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

The woman taking my order in the drive thru seemed like she didnt care ehat i ordered, her attitude was absolutely horrible. I Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a five peice chicken twnder. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru. The burger looked like it got thrown around and I ended up getting a 3 peice tender instead of 5.

Never have an issue getting stuff during the day time. The evening staff the past two times I have went are always a problem. First time was told a 5 minute wait waited for 27 minutes and order was screwed up had to go in. Fast forward to this evening I tried to go started my order and was told that could only do a 5 piece tender not a ten because the rest were frozen. People don’t drive to order 1/2 their food. Also wouldn’t all chicken need to be deep fried. Like was the 5 pieces old that they were going to microwave. It’s disappointing because all Hardee’s seem to have excellent food but not in my area. Explains why parking lot is always empty in the evening.

The young man working the Union, Missouri location was excellent! He was busting his tail and had great customer service while maintaining great business practice by being mindful of inventory (I asked for some serious ranch). He seems to be working the front end, drive through and possibly the fry station and who knows what else AND has a great attitude.

I was so pleased when we stopped for a quick bite on our way through Union. The restaurant was so clean. They had it decorated for Halloween. The food was great. And the service was amazing!

Super slow in the morning. They couldn’t take orders inside because they needed a minute but continued taking drive through orders.. wait time over 10 minutes so far Michelle and apple were terrible. One person in front of us and a 15 minute wait.

The restaurant is nice looking for Halloween but as soon as you walked in you smelled instant cat pee from the man working cash register, you couldn’t be to close to the counter otherwise your eyes would water.. we got our food and it smelled so good to almost drown the cat pee from that worker but ya know the second you took a bite from the chicken BLT and chicken strips we got it was sooooo underdone that the chicken was bleeding.. if I could give a negative stat review I would ♀️ needless to say we will not be going back
