I can say for a fact this is the best Pizza Hut in the county! Excellent staff that are friendly and don’t ignore you. They’re always on top of their game with orders with speed and efficiency. I deliver for Doordash and I’m here all the time for pick-ups. But I can’t say enough about Matt. He personally caught a mistake a customer made with their address on their order and called the customer himself to correct it for me. He saved me from a world of pain. He even wrote down the correct address for me. A lot of restaurants look down on delivery drivers, but I’ve been treated with utmost respect here.

About every month. I order a pizza from pizza hut, I always love the getting the stuffed crust. Usually I have a good experience, but about 2 months ago the delivery driver from Pizza Hut did not deliver my pizza, they sent it to a doordash person which since had to be recommended not to be used anymore, because even though I gave them a good tip! they ruined both my pizzas. I always get no contact delivery where they lay it on the table out there and they purposely shook it so that the pizza slid in the Box all to one side and the cheese was covered on the lids they were disgusting!!! at the time I spoke with a manager and he said he put credit for me to get a replacement pizzas, but because I was too upset to reorder that very same night, he said next time I ordered it would show a credit, and so it was for another time …today a new manager who was not aware of what the other manager did and since apparently nothing was put as a record on my account, he said he can’t help me, so I am out the cost of two stuffed crust pizzas and the payment of my delivery and my tip , I am still livid I lost a lot of money$$ and they would rather lose me as a regular customer, than believe me! I do not have a vehicle so I cannot drive there to show the proof but I would have resent the pictures again, but he was of no help and didn’t care. what a horrible manager ,I won’t be going back and I told him so, I uploaded pics of the 2 DAMAGED Stuffed Crust Pizzas,

PS: They kept hanging up on me, many time, I was so polite. But I would not stop calling….Don’t know who the Manager was, but he was polite back and offered a full credit in the store on my Account. But this New Manager just said nothing helpful, and did NOT CARE. He lost a 2 to 3 times a month 2 pizza
