I would say Panera should get off the BREAD. Everything has too much bread. Sandwiches too much bread. Pizza is too thick and not enough focus on ingredients. With Panera it’s all about the bread… but it’s not. It’s about the finished product. Hello. Some of us don’t like a lot of bread! Wake up!

Dirty dining area even though no business to speak of. Bear claws used to be much better. Coffee was lukewarm. Replacement was better, but not hot. Cream was empty and young girl refilled. Could have used a wipe down before she handed it to me. Sad, this is in a very prosperous area, they could do much better. Perhaps start with employee training. This location is so gross.. food/ crumbs all over the floors and tables not clean. Chairs and booths need reupholstered they are ripped and falling apart. Sanitizer machines are empty. Definitely needs updates and around the clock cleaning. Food was good got everything we ordered however the outside hygiene made me question the meal prep.

Went there at 8:15 am for breakfast bagels and to my surprise they told me that are typically sold out by orders pre-orders the night before, that’s just poor planning for your in-store customers who to the time to drive there and walk in expecting to order breads form a bread bakery place.

3 Saturday’s in a row my order is wrong. I called again and spoke to Manager Mia who promptly told me that the folded egg and round egg were the same thing and they wouldn’t change the egg maker just because I like the folded egg better. My order states double folded egg, not double round egg. I asked if she is basically saying that in Saturday’s I should just go to Starbucks for my breakfast, her reply was “if that’s what you want to do” … My guess is I’m not the only one they are getting wrong. The horrible customer service and bad management will make me go to another location for breakfast.

Food came Cold and with something green in the bread. My friends Chicken on his sandwich came well undercooked. We will not be ordering from here again. We are frequent customers of this store and have been disappointed in the quality the past 3 times we have ordered. When we called the store to have the orders fixed we were told they could not do anything and to contact doordash.
