This was by far the worst Pizza Hut experience I have ever witnessed. I honestly don’t know what the managers problem is, but this man definitely needs to practice customer service before becoming a manager. So I order from this Pizza Hut pretty often, always getting the same order. Now I know I clicked peporoni on the app but on their end it says cheese. I said look man no problem, probably a app error, or possibly my error , can I order one now at the same price that I got the other one from, guy told me no, I would have to reorder everything on the app, now I thought this was weird cuz I worked for Pizza Hut for 5 years and if a customer calls in, you can override the price of the pizza as a manager. So I said you can’t just place the order for me? And he with an attitude said nope, go to the app. I’m shocked at this point cus he was talking to me like I was a piece of trash. So I said man I worked for Pizza Hut I know u can override it but I guess man, he hangs up in my face. Now I wait a good 20 mins cuz I tried to order another pep pizza on the app, and the app was acting as if my original order was still on the way, wouldn’t let me order it for whatever reason. So I called the store back again and said hey man just a quick question what is the managers name on duty, he said well I’m th manager and I said cool what is your name? He then proceeded to threaten me, says he knows where I live, says the I keep calling the store harassing him……, and hung up. I’m so confused at this point cuz what was he talking about? I called again and said i don’t know who’s harassing you man but I just want to know your name so I know who’s acting this crazy at a place my kids eat from often. He would not give me his name, instead said my name back to me, and threatened to call the police. I decided to flood their phone lines because why are you acting like this? I will be driving up there to figure out his name. I will record the incident , I will not threaten nor physically alternate with this man unless he approaches me , but as of now, this Pizza Hut will be a no go. A simple phone call turned into a yelling match on the phone. What kind of manager yells at their customers while other customers are around? Hope this gets looked into because my neighbor also had issues with the same manager. Will update name whe I get back.
Update manager on duty is name is Billy. An employe ended up answering and telling me his name . Was happy to give his name up as well. I’m honestly gunna see how far I can take this

my only hesitations were that the toppings were light and far from the edge. lots of thick heavy crust around the edge. I had 3 items on the order, some pieces had no green pepper, I will try again, less crust and more toppings would be a huge plus, instead it just a letdown. too many other stores to choose from. PaPa Johns is less and better, so is a locally owned store. disappointing.

Ordered over the phone, was told my order was 17 and change, when I picked up it was 23 and change. I ordered 1 topping pizza and wings. No topping on the pizza, wasn’t even asked. The guy offered to check out why and I said forget it, paid and left. My last trip to this store. Lost my taste for Pizza Hut pizza

When i walked there was no wait i was greeted by a lady named Hannah and I was severed the pizza hot and ready straight from the oven and I opened the pizza to check ,it was perfect and I was satisfied with my order thank you to all the hard workers in the back !!!

Had a thin crust Supreme the crust was thin and crispy like I like it, could have been a little more generous with the toppings is my only complaint. Overall I enjoyed the pizza

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at your location recently. I’m a frequent customer, visiting at least five times a week and spending a considerable amount of money there.
Today, I placed an order for a pizza to pick up. When I arrived to pay with cash, the employee refused to accept it because he claimed it was too large a bill and that your store doesn’t get enough traffic to provide change.
Not wanting to waste food — especially with so many people in need nearby — I quickly went next door to break the bill. When I returned, I was shocked to find that my pizza had been thrown away.
This was incredibly frustrating — not only was it a waste of food, but also a waste of my time. Unfortunately, this experience has made me rethink bringing my business back in the future.
I hope you address this situation to prevent others from facing the same frustration.

My driver, Collin, was very kind and presented himself in a professional manner. When I placed my order, the female who took my order was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding and good meal at a good price. I would highly recommend this pizza hut branch.
