Ordered for delivery thru UBER Eats. Driver has been waiting for over 25 minutes for order. Called the store was disconnected then customer service answers asked to speak to a manager they xfr me to the store and all you hear is the door chime but no one comes to the phone at all. Canceled order and ordered from a different pizza hut instead.

Call the local Pizza Hut in Plant city waited for 25 minutes to speak to somebody to find out that I’m calling a call center. I’m not even calling the real location. They’re asking me which location I’d like to order a pizza from and my phone number. Will not support a call center when I am trying to support my local business listened to all the specials and when I drove up to place my order @ the drive thru, The employee said that special is only good on Wednesday. Management needs to figure it out.

Got some pizza yesterday from this place and it was absolutely nasty. I order online and I called the place of business because I didn’t have change for a $50. I’m assuming this was the manager I was speaking to when I call she told me that it was fine only to have DoorDash outside my house Complaining about the change and that she only got two dollars to deliver my food. I paid no problem we was able to work something out but this restaurant.is just nasty & need to be shut down & I will also be calling corporate because this is not the first time and I’m sick of it
