Brandon was a lifesaver! I had ordered 9 pizzas the night before my son’s party, and on the day of the event I noticed the order status never changed on the Pizza Hut App—only 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery. When I called the store, Brandon confirmed they never received the order. He quickly took my order over the phone and made sure the pizzas were prepared and delivered fast. Excellent customer service—thank you, Brandon!

We decided to try pizza hut after ordering for years at a few local pizza shops. I created the account online, but it wouldn’t let me join rewards, kept giving me a message that something went wrong. Then while ordering the pizza, I had to try 5 times before it would add the Hawaiian pizza. We ordered a cheese pizza, Hawaiian pizza, garlic cheesy bread, and the new tavern pesto margarita pizza. When I placed the order, it said it would be ready in 12 minutes. My husband went to pick up the order, and he arrived at the 18 minute mark. It wasn’t ready. He only waited about 5 minutes. Not bad, but definitely not 12 minutes. The garlic cheesy bread was cheesy, garlicky, and yummy. The kids liked the cheese and Hawaiian fine. The pesto margarita pizza had no pesto. It was ok, but I expected pesto, since that was the first thing in the name. We will probably order again, just since it’s cheap. But you do get what you pay for.

I don’t write very many reviews unless it’s 5 star or 1 star. We’ve been ordering from this location for years now (because my son loves Pizza Hut). I would say 9 or of 10 times the order has been incorrect and/or poor quality. Once again forgot an item that I ordered. Quality was not even close to Pizza Hut normal standards. Bread sticks had barely any seasoning. Pan Pizza was good though. We’re a big family. 8 people. When my son refused to eat after trying the Pizza and a bite of bread stick. I knew it was bad. Over a $100 order. After forgetting the 6 ranch dips that we ordered I decided to go to the store and get them. I walk in, the store is a mess and the girl is watching something on her phone. I get the feeling it’s basically a lack of caring. We’re going to try the Riverbridge location next and is that doesn’t work think we’re done with Pizza Hut altogether. Shame we have a long history with Pizza Hut. Don use to Manage that store, in fact, it was a manager training store. It was an exceptional location.

Had a Horrible experience with their customer service. Called for a delivery order. Spoke with Carlos he was rude and argued about not being able to hear me nor that they don’t deliver to my address that is 1 mile away. I was trying to ask him a question and all of the sudden he just hangs the phone up. I feel like he needs to get evaluated in his customer service skills.

Worst pizza i’ve ever had hands down. No sauce, no cheese, burnt. Called Corporate to get a refund, they supposedly told me a higher level would reach out, that never happened. called 4 times and never received a call back. went in person to get a refund 3 weeks later manager said no, asked for the general managers phone number, he pretended to be the general manager. Whoever he was should be fired!! He was extremely rude, and had no care in the world for his customers, his solution was “switch places with me and see how it is”. Customer service is atrocious. Definitely would not recommend, there’s better options out there.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!! I visited Pizza Hut on 7/26 and ordered around 9:45pm when I picked up my pizza, I opened the box at the store and was surprised with the pizza’s shown. Brandon, the shift manager stated it was this way because the cheese is frozen. I was never offered any options and I asked for a refund. Brandon was extremely rude, he went on saying that there is no refund and that is the policy. The “policy” is not listed on my receipt nor the store front. He said it’s a “verbal policy” I have never experienced such behavior from a company as Pizza Hut. Despite my attempts to address the issue with this leader, his aggressive attitude persisted and he refused to offer any resolution.

10 minutes ago my husbands order was delivered completely incorrectly. I ordered him a large Pepperoni & sausage & Banana Peppers in the side plus added a $5.00 tip. Delivered with just a large pepperoni and 5 small plastic containers of pizza sauce. Called their Jog Road store on Jog Road only to be told no mistake was made.
Thankfully we had a $5.00 on hand to tip the delivery guy.

I am ordering pizza to this place from last two years. This branch doing great job; always count on consistency in flavor. Though Pizza Hut mobile app sucks. I always use web version to order pickup from this place.i will rate this location and their consistency to customer satisfaction and quality taste every time i ordered. I always order veg pizza and garlic oil coating around the crisp corner of the pizza. They always add extra toppings with crisp garlic flavored edges.
