Updated review: last week we decided to give Jacob’s Pizza another chance, but this time we got a Pizza and a hoagie.
The large pizza was very good and was enough for the 4 of us with a few pieces left over. We got a large hawaiian style pizza. As well as a steak hoagie. I really enjoyed my steak hogie.Although the bun feels like it’s missing something.Maybe like a garlic powder or a garlic salt with butter on the top of the bun, kind of like Terry’s does out in Lynchburg. Everything was good about the pizza as well.Everything was accurate.They have a unique tasting sauce.I’m not sure what it is about it, but it is different but good. I also appreciated being able to order online. I am raising my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. We still would never get calzones from them again though.
It would have been good if it was cooked thoroughly. We got 4 calzones. The outsides looked good but the inside was RAW. It was so doughy! They need to cook them longer on a lower temperature. Why is the outside crispy and the inside was straight up raw dough? Most of each of them went in the garbage. Terrible. Toppings were accurate and it was nice that you get marinara and garlic butter. So that’s why 2 stars. At $10 a pop, and with them being so raw, it was a waste of $40. We won’t ever eat here again.

Got the Clazone and loved it. Unlike other pizza shops who use mostly dough with very little filling. You get the bang for your buck here at Jacob’s. Sauce as a unique flavor and the staff are friendly. Has become a new rotation for quick family meals.

First order today. Pick 5 and the Hawaiian. Both were great. I thought the pick 5 would have the ranch on the crust in place of pizza sauce, but it was added on top. It was still good that way but a bit more of it in that application would be my preference. Recommend both. We will be back.

Oh My goodness. This is absolutely my new favorite pizza place. This food is delicious and the price is amazing compared to places like LaRosa’s or Papa John’s. My favorite is the calzone. The pesto cheese bread is another great choice. Will be ordering from here now on. Happy to support a local family restaurant instead of a big chain.

I ordered delivery from here for the first time last night. It was colder than a liberal woman’s heart outside, and the food still came warm. I tasted very good and fresh. I will absolutely be trying them in person next time very soon. You should try them.

We finally got a chance to try Jacob’s pizza last night and it was delicious! So good we actually had it again today. The pizza was delicious, fries were some of the best I’ve ever had and the calzones are fantastic. The portions are great for the price. 10/10!

Got a large Hawaiian pizza and it was on hand tossed- made it maybe a touch too doughy but it was tasty, not greasy, and filling- not time ill do the traditional crust! Because there will be a next time!

Having worked for Angilo’s in the past I wanted to give Jacob’s a try. First time order, and thankful they still delivered to us in the sticks a bit. One pizza with Pep and sausage was great, the other Buffalo Chicken, not so much. I was concerned with the amount of grease/oil soaked into the box, was also extremely salty, trust me I love salt too! But it was like someone got carried away with the garlic butter, that wasn’t ordered. I dunno. We will be ordering again, but with mention of no oil on the pizza. Online ordering was simple, and price points are great value I will add. We are a bit of pizza snobs especially with all the choices now in Milford . Thank you Jacob’s for the Great Pep and sausage pizza, and having it here on time.

Delicious pizzas and reasonable pricing. The staff is always friendly and fast. I’ve always gotten the pizzas but I’ve heard they have amazing hoagies and am looking forward to trying one next time I’m there. They do have a few tables inside but it’s more designed for take out or delivery. Sadly, I forgot to take pictures before 90% of it was devoured but I take that as a sign that it was too delicious to wait to eat.
