This is NOT the first time I get so disappointed so it’s about time I leave my review. It was Horrible… the pizza was for my kids and it was hard and super dry. Instead of the 14mins wait I ended waiting triple the time!!! And to top it up, they never gave me the Parm mini shaker I paid for NEITHER the boneless wings that I also paid for too! I paid $40 bucks for 1 cardstock cheese pizza and nothing else. What a shame. You bet every single person I see will know about this. Cause it’s not the first time you F my orders.

They are always forgetting something. I have to call and they don’t even deliver it to you, they just offer a refund or credit. Please make sure the delivery guy delivers everything ordered from the customer !

Ordered over an hour and a half ago! I called and spoke to Tammy, the manager whose explanation was that they had a lot of orders not just mine and said she couldn’t confirm when it would arrive. She was definitely is not managing anything. After 2 hours and 45 minutes the pizza arrived:( I will never order from them again.

Some changes have been made because the pizzas I’m receiving now are some of the best I have ever ordered. I’m seeing a few complaints about calling in and ordering, not sure about that because I usually use the app and googled some discount codes. Consistently save money and enjoy great pizza.

Great pizza but disappointed that we couldn’t eat it there so by the time we traveled home it was like warm and lost quality which is why we wanted a sit down place. Website said sit down at this location but when you get there it’s only drive thru and take out.
