Worst pizza hut I ever had. I ordered a pizza with extra toppings and cheese, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks and cinnamon mini rolls.. the pizza itself did not have extra toppings, despite paying a combined almost 5.00 for the 3 toppings I selected to have extra. There was a slice that was basically all crust with no cheese or toppings. Along with that, crust was dry and burnt. The breadsticks had no parmesan topping on them and were completely overdone. The cinnamon sticks were grossly underdone as seen in the picture. This is not how these are supposed to look, and I’d be embarrassed sending these out of the restaurant. The only good thing were the cinnabon mini rolls and they basically get shipped to the restaurant pre-prepped. For $50 dollars, I am highly disappointed and won’t be back.

This location needs more staff! They had 2 people working on a Saturday night! Not the employees fault but I had to cancel my pick order that was supposed to be ready In 20 minutes. At the 30 minute mark it still had not even gone in the oven which would have been atleast another 20 minutes! An hour wait for a pizza I was picking up! I went to your competition and got my pizza in 15 minutes, Do better Pizza Hut!

It was very bad, I had a bad feeling as soon as I picked up the pizza. I asked for my pizza and wings to be well done and didn’t get it. Moving to boca raton, FL I experience this but when I lived in davie, FL it was already good pizza. The wings were done fresh and fried and pizza was great. Not any more. The store is very dirty and to kids are running the store. That’s all the stuff their. The girls were nice but the food was awful. The most concerning thing is how dirty it was in their, and after eating the food and it not being good, well it makes you wonder if it’s even sanitary. I will not recommend or go back their. May I will call the city and report this place so that inspector could pay them a visit, that’s how bad it is. Very concerning.

If I could leave zero I would. after an hour waiting we called to ask for status. They told us it was on its way. We called 20 minutes later and they told us it was delivered, which wasnt. By this time it was too late to order from somewhere else.

got 2 large pepperoni pizzas, wouldn’t have been disappointed if the pizzas were cooked. the bottom wasn’t even a different color than dough, and the crust was mostly dough not even crust… anything out pizzas this hut that’s for sure!!!!

Food poisoning! Rude staff! Understaffed have 3 different times for opening online on door and on phone. When I finally received it pizza was undercooked my kids ate it before I could tell and all were throwing up violently and on the toilet this place needs to be shut down already

Be aware that I ordered carry out on 2/18/2023 at 10:30PM and went to pick it up at 11PM, and it was closed. The two people there just looked at me. Luckily I did not pay before I ordered so it wasn’t the biggest loss. Will change review once it opens again? The pizza hut website shows that it is currently open for carry outs.

Do not order pizza from the place. Terrible pizza… i orderd 125$ worth of food and it was falling apart. Like the dough wasn’t even cooked. Literally disgusting. I will never get pizza from a Pizza Hut ever again. I’ll go to little cesears or papa john’s. Customer service is not good. Everything about this has me disappointed. Don’t place an order with this pizza hut. You will be disappointed…….
