First time ever ordering from here. I was skeptical due to some of the reviews but I’m so glad I tried it! It was phenomenal!!! Got two strombolis & cheese bread with cream cheese dip & two ranch! It was $35, not too shabby IMO! There was only one girl working & I salute her as doing everything alone is hard!

Lorenzo’s, you guys have just went down hill. Everything we ordered tonight, for one came in the same small boxes. I take it the medium and smalls, even though they don’t cost the same, they are the same? Not to mention the margarita pizza.. the pictures and what you actually get, do not compare. Literally 4 small spots of cheese, barely any balsamic and no basil..This will be our last time here. $60 dollars for a small cheese bread, a small pizza and 2 medium pizzas (that are in the same box as the smalls). Do better!

Just look at the pictures!! Imagine paying almost $40 including the tip I left to get what I posted in the pictures. 2 different Grinders with almost nothing on them. Both Grinders where bad, we ended up putting meat and condiments’ on them from our fridge and out of frustration just threw them both away. The partially tossed Buffalo Wings, I had to recook in the air fryer because they were not completely cooked and ended tossing those also. On top of telling me my order would be done in 25 minutes when I called it in, I go into the place after 31 minutes and was told it would be a few more minutes and they would bring it out to me (thinking great customer service) WRONG.. They didn’t start making my order until I got there, I waited outside another 26 minutes, and when it came out I didn’t get a sorry for the wait or anything. My rating are abut 98% positive because everyone can have a bad day but this is the 3rd time Lorenzo’s.

There was zero salami on these Italian grinders. A very tiny piece of melted cheese. Barely any toppings and thick undercooked bread. Two grinders were ordered and packaged in the same box that didn’t secure the little amount of toppings which were all over the place in the box..more like a grinder salad. The picture in the box was after I put it back together as good as I could. First time customer. Never again. Poor food preparation and improper packaging.

My first experience with Lorenzo’s was years ago with the original owners. I had never been back… this new pizza they are putting out is top notch. I will go as far as saying BEST PIZZA IN GRAND BLANC. The two young guys had the kitchen crazy clean and quick with my order. My final thoughts are if you like heat at all that homemade spicy honey dip is worth buying the bottle. Lorenzo’s I will be back soon!!! Thank you and keep up the good work.

Lorenzo’s used to be really good. Our family decided to enjoy a good pie. We got 2 large 1 topping pizzas and their breadsticks.
There was nonexistent sauce on either pizza throughout. It was over done. The breadsticks were burnt on edges and hollow throughout. We got a side of garlic butter. And it was less than half an ounce for a 1.50.
Not really happy with the meal at all.
Totally different experience than about a year ago.
Sad just sad.

Manager here with the red hair is absolutely phenomenal. On top of the amazing pizza, this guy is the man. Make sure you keep him around for a long time. Best pizza around Grand Blanc & good deals.

First time customers. And i have to say overall not impressed. We went with lorenzos tonight for its good reviews. Im not sure if i got the proper experience or not but our pizzas were pretty dry. They were nicely topped and looked and smelt great. Opened them up to find they were overcooked. The cheese pizza was pretty brown (dont mind brown cheese but this was too much). Pep pizza was ok cooked wise and the old world pepperoni is delish. However pizza was also pretty dry. Overall kind of bland on taste. 3/5 for pizza quality. 4/5 for presentation. 2/5 taste.
However my issue is always with that of the employees. The girl who was in didn’t make me comfortable, in fact the opposite. When i walked in and she got off the phone taking an order i was greeted with a “how can i help you” instead of the traditional “do you have a pickup etc) so right away i felt unwelcoming vibe. She wasnt very friendly. I tipped them 5 bucks on 35 dollar order without a thank you. I thanked her repeatedly to not get a single response until i said have a good night i finally got back “you too”
Needless to say i wont be ordering lorenzos again primarily just because we weren’t a fan of the pizza. My 3 year old hated it. But as far as the 1 girl, a little better people skills would go a long way.

First time trying, ordered a family deal for 30$. First pizza thin crust, second regular. Both came thin unfortunately. Crust was chewy and seemed undercooked. Salami was burnt black. The cheese bread was spectacular. People were super nice inside. Would try again. Good deal for the money just wish the location was nicer and the order was precise.
