We have no choice but to order from here for delivery. Most times they don’t answer the phone to the location. Unless you hit a certain time of the day the pizzas are old and cold. We try every method to get them fresh. Ordering extra sauce, extra cheese, different toppings…trying to get a fresh pizza. Today we ordered half pepperoni and half cup pepperoni trying to see if it would come fresh and they put two pizzas together one old and one fresh! Hoping things change we went from ordering two to three times a week to barely once a month.

I ordered a pizza, it was supposed to be delivered by doordash! I clearly put instructions to handed to me. The driver left it on the ground somewhere else. I contacted pizzahut The store manager Bryan reached out to me to apologize and send me another pizza. It was amazing how He truly care about customer service. Thank you Bryan!!

I would give no stars if I could. This store is shameful. I had difficulty getting their app to place my payment, I never received a confirmation, I hung up and tried again, got a confirmation on that order. Next, I received text messages from 2 DoorDash drivers with two orders. I call Pizza Hut and said I must have to orders, I need one canceled, I dont need 4 pizzas or to pay $130. They refused to cancel. I got 4 pizzas and paid $130 and they were laughing all the way to the bank. I cancelled one through my bank and called customer service. But this place is trash, trash employees, trash management. TRASH!

If I could give ZERO stars I would… This location is by far the worst… I’ve had 3 bad experiences in 2wks time… Today is the official separation of me doing business with this location… First off, They never once told me that they don’t have regular pizza drivers they are 3 third party contracted with doordash… My driver left all my food sitting out by the door 3 days ago with ants covering food. I called back to complain the manager credited my acct… Today I use my credit to order more food and we now have more problems… The driver they sent spoke no English, he sat in front of my gate entrance for almost 15 mins with my food getting colder by the min… We the driver finally reached me he was very rude and aggressively handed me my food … I will not tolerate disrespect, poor food quality product and bad customer service… Also the food was ice cold when it finally arrived and the wings was 16pc , they put all the sauce at bottom and dumped 16 pieces of hard dry boneless chicken at top. You will not get another drop of my money.

There is only one reason im leaving 5 stars and that is for the young man that works at night and runs the show without hesitation and gets the job done. The last couple times I showed up after 11pm he was working alone and kicking butt doing such a great job! He’s only 25 and im very impressed by his work ethic!

I have a large amount of brand loyalty to Pizza Hut. One reason for this is the convenience of the Hut app and the rewards which add up fast. This particular location is known not to always have your order ready and it’s not a fun strip center to wait in that’s for sure. Staff friendliness is an overall hit or miss but usually perfectly fine. #pizzahut #stuffedcrust

Ordered my food and no one delivered it. Young lady on the phone claimed that door dash is delivering and there’s no way to track it. I usually order from papa John’s and this was a perfect example of don’t fix what’s not broken. I requested a refund. I’ll update this if I have not received it.

I was hungry, but only wanted a small pizza, like Pizza Hut’s personal pan pizza to curve my appetite. For $4.99 I get four small slices with my choice of toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, and bacon). A pleasant male employee took my order which took about 10-12 minutes to prepare. The pizza was hot, nicely made, and tasty. Definitely hit the spot.

Would give 0 stars if I could Called the restaurant 2x both times had to wait on hold 20 mins. The first time I called was to ask for plates and forks with the pasta since we are in the hotel, was told that they would be with my order. My order arrived 30mins after the quoted time and the food was cold, driver had no plates or forks so we had nothing to eat the pasta with! I suppose Pizza Hut wanted us to use our hands. The cinnamon rolls weren’t burnt and didn’t even have icing at all, there was no cup of icing on the side just a tray of hard “cinnamon rolls” tried. Along and speak g with the manager and she basically told me she doesn’t know what to tell me, her offer was to resend the order, however I had already fed my kids the pizza after we heated it in the microwave, so she was unwilling to give me a refund. She offered a store credit good only For her store, I advised we fly back home tomorrow and she basically had no hope or care for the companies reputation or my hard earned money! Completely unacceptable
