My chicken sandwiches were insanely dry. Even the rolls were juicier than the chicken. The fries were well made and properly salted, but they had a dirty oil aftertaste. The burger patties tasted a little bit old as well. Avoid this BK location if you can. Items were very poorly made and weren’t fresh.

Been working close by, so grabbing a quick lunch for the last week or so. My food is always hot, correct order, but today I ordered chicken fries and cini-minis, and no one asked if I wanted any sauce (would have been nice) nor was I given any cinnamon roll frosting. So I ate a 12 dollar, hot, but dry lunch. lol train the staff better, bc details are everything in food service.

When we pulled up to the drive through there seemed to only be one lady working it. I have to admit it was a little hard hearing her at the speaker but after going through the drive-through, it was fine. even though the food took a little long it was understandable when we noticed it was just one lady by herself. She even gave us extra fries and extra food, even though we didn’t ask for it, which was a plus. I would come back

Service really sucks and the food was cold. I returned the Philly melt as it was barely room temperature and untoasted, but the replacement was hardly any better. The servers are awful – ignorant and rude. And don’t use the bathrooms unless you desperately wanna puke…

The service here is the worst of any fast food joint I’ve been too, have repeatedly been sat at the drivethrough for 10 min waiting for a response. At least the food hasnt been nasty.

THEY GAVE A 7 MONTHS PREGNANT WOMAN RAW CHICKEN!! DO NOT COME HERE!! – I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and while driving home half way through eating it I realized the chicken was RAW! I didn’t realize right away because I was driving but I thought it tasted odd and had a weird texture. When I go to check… what do I see… the chicken was completely RAW!! I’m 7 months pregnant!! Praying I don’t get sick and that I don’t develop anything that could harm the baby!! Never coming back here again! So disgusting!!

This reminds us of when we were kids we even went inside to eat! We like Burger King because they support people in poverty, employee, black, and brown people and our huge supporters of diversity and inclusion unlike McDonald’s. We never eat at McDonald’s again because of that.

I go to burger king more often than any other fast food establishment. I travel for work 48 weeks a year!! So you can imagine how often I eat there. I was pretty excited for the new 1$ tacos!! 20 minutes ago I ordered this thing. Look at the pic. Gross!! Not only were the tacos nastier then taco bell, ( I didnt know that was possible) but the food took along time. I turned the car off!!! So this burger king was the worst of the worst. I’m glad Wendy’s is still around……

I went to this location today to get food for my children and niece. The worker handed me my drinks in a holder and the drinks were so heavy and the tray flimsy so it broke. I asked for new drinks since mine fell no fault of the workers or mine, and she replied “did you pay for them?” Which she knew I did because she took my order, and my card then gave it back with no receipt. I wasn’t happy with her attitude but let it go. Upon returning home we discovered a piece of plastic in my sons burger. I called the store to inform them of what happened because my son ate the burger and choked on the plastic and started turning blue. I was very upset and scared and wanted to make sure BK knew so they could avoid having it happen again. When I called the woman from the drive thru picked up and responded “hello” and I said “hi may I please speak to a manager on duty” she hung the phone up immediately. I called corporate and drove to the location to tell them what happened and ask for a refund. she told me she was the manager but refused to listen to my concerns and instead blamed me for putting the plastic in the food. She also would not issue a refund for his meal he didn’t eat because I didn’t have a receipt that SHE NEVER GAVE TO ME. She refused to provide her name so I can give it to corporate when they get in contact with me and threatened to call the police. Please be cautious when eating here and check your food. Management needs to do better and corporate should step in because this is totally unacceptable. I would rate ZERO stars if I could.i can’t believe she accused me of putting plastic in my child’s food, then admitted she remembered seeing me in the drive thru and hour before but wouldn’t give me a refund for a receipt she never gave me. this place should honestly be shut down.
