Hello.nEveryone you already know your boy. Hometown hero reviewer… anyway, so it was great seeing everybody doing a great job.Especially these young men , I remember when I was a young man , a piece of restaurant wasn’t one of my first places at work , so it’s good to see the circle continue… everybody was working extremely hard together.It was a busy night that I stopped by.And everybody still had good attitudes , and that’s what i’m talking about keeping up the great work guys everybody knows that you cannot outpizza the pizzahut.

The location closer to us has closed and we have ordered from this location twice and both orders had missing items or were incorrect.
The first time they forgot one of the pizzas ordered but they were nice and sent it out as soon I spoke to someone. Inconvenient but still appreciated.
We ordered again today and they forgot the wings and put onions on one of the pizzas. When I called they put me on hold for 10 minutes and never answered. I called back and was told the manager was too busy to speak with me, but they would give us 5% off our order. I said I didn’t feel that was appropriate so they put me on hold and never picked back up. Hilariously I listened to their hold message about delivering a perfect pizza. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Ordered online. Pizza want ready when I got there. Manager came out and said it would be ready in 8 mins. Wasn’t a large pizza that was on sale it was a medium. Toppings were right. They gave the wrong extra sauce garlic instead of marinara. The staff was nice. But my friends were unhappy because I got the wrong stuff. Oh well. Will try again next time. 😐

Convenient location and the staff are always nice. I wish they would put the “extra cheese ” on the pizza, though. Especially since it’s a $2.50 upcharge for it.

One of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. I placed a mobile order through the app, but the order failed to inject into the store system. I immediately called the location and spoke with the General Manager, Chen, who offered no assistance. Even after providing my confirmation number, she refused to fulfill my order and instead referred me to her office—closed on weekends with no option to leave a message.
When I called back requesting that she escalate the matter to the district manager, she declined and instead threatened to call the police. This level of customer service is unacceptable and has severely damaged my view of Pizza Hut as a brand.
I will no longer be choosing Pizza Hut and strongly advise others to avoid this location. They make no effort to resolve issues and demonstrate zero respect for their customers.

I ordered the personal pan pizza box to see what hype was all about. The pizza was alright. The boneless wings sucked! The sauce barely covered the wings.
