Came for a pickup. Don’t know why the place has so many low reviews, I mean at the end of the day it’s a pick up spot, but who knows.
I swung in like I owned the place, took a second to review menu only to realize it didn’t matter, their system records everything like someone’s mother. So I slid up to counter. Medium pan pizza with green peppers and some bread sticks to go. Lady looked up a coupon for me (I didn’t ask but fully appreciated it) got one applied and paid. Bam.
15 minutes wait time. Smoked outside, drank water and penned this review. The service was friendly and fast, and the food is on spot. So why so many reviews going the other way?
Maybe it’s because people have bad manners and are rude themselves. Perhaps? In this life, something the older generation gets (Generation W, X and some of Y) is that you have to give respect to get respect. It isn’t a thing to me to walk in on someone who’s works standing, has been there hours doing their job, and demand to have my rear kissed. I didn’t grow up with smart phones, social media or anything else. We read books, drove with maps and treated people like human beings. It works for me about 99.9 % of the time.
Just my opinion. Check the place out. It’s pizza we remember at a price that doesn’t shatter the bank.

My family and I have made it a tradition to stop by this pizza store on Sunset Dr in Miami after my daughter’s swimming classes on Friday nights, and we have never been disappointed. The pizza, especially the cheese hand pan, is consistently delicious with a perfect texture that we all love. What truly sets this place apart though is the exceptional customer service. Every Friday night, we are greeted warmly by the staff, particularly a sweet lady who goes above and beyond to ensure our experience is enjoyable. Our orders are always ready on time, and the attention to detail in both the food and service is remarkable. This store has become our go-to spot for pizza, and we look forward to continuing our Friday night tradition here for years to come!

We ordered two medium pizzas, one cheese and mushroom and one pepperoni and sausage. Both pizzas were OK however they were a bit dry to the taste. After drizzling them with olive oil, they tasted excellent. also seasoned with allspice had a pretty good meal. Thanks again RobertB954

I’m sitting in a hospital in an ICU unit at 11:30 at night. 11:30pm is when I placed my call to just order a plain pizza with breadsticks. And they just never show up. It has now been 2 hours and nobody has called me, nobody has delivered any food, nothing. The level of unprofessionalism, and the level of neglect that is required to do something like that is beyond me. Out of all the pizzas I’ve ever ordered in my life, this has never happened. I guess it was a mistake ordering from Pizza Hut. Not to mention the woman’s attitude on the phone when I was ordering. If you guys don’t want to do your job, then quit. If you guys didn’t want to deliver a pizza at that time (which you were still open at 11:30) then don’t even answer the phone and take an order. Highly unprofessional, lazy, disrespectful.

So disappointed with the quality, service, price and food. Our family waited over 1 hour and half for cold food. One large one topping pizza, 12 chicken wings and cheese sticks $ 52.00. Never ordering from Pizza Hut again!
