This location has changed a lot for better. I had a small situation with my delivery and the costumer services was amazing.
Erika from the store took my call and she was so understanding and proffessional that i was surprised. She was very understanding. Finally a place with decent and reliable service. I hope they keep it up.

Experienced a very argumentative defensive Cuban woman manager Was not helpful but argumentative of finding a solution to a simple order of a pizza. I got so ffened of the customer service I received and when returning my money because she decides to argue and not offer solution. I wanted a refund and tdisnt give me the right amount of refund. Them when I showed her what I did she with resistance to her error provide my money back
Please train your personnel before you continue to lose clients to problem solve not say I’m Cuban and don’t talk to me like that. I was showing her where the problem was online and everything from there was an fragile ego argument
I wanted the pizza and went back the 2nd time to help her resolve the issue which she should do as a manager. But again it was all argumentative. And prefer that than trying to earn profit or resolve with a client who came back the 2nd time to help her with the sale.
The whole time she is on the phone also arguing in Spanish with someone
I didn’t deserve this huge complication if she a competent manager with customer service she would cause profit losses to Pizza Hut and lose a client from Aventura

Giving this location a 3.8 rating. I particularly like to visit a location twice to write a rating. This is my second time visiting this location in a short time span. As a matter of fact, I haven’t visited any Pizza Hut in years. The first visit was pretty good. Quick and accurate. We enjoyed the pizza.
However, the second time was a bit questionable, both food and service. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with half pepperoni. The way they pizza looked was, as if it were two halves placed together. It just looked questionable and not seen anything like it. Called and returned it or a fresh pizza, which they obliged. Management and staff were unfriendly, and they saw nothing wrong. (Pictured is literally what I saw when I opened the box after I arrived home). That’s a no for me.
I am all about consistency of service, cleanliness, and food. This restaurant has proved that it is not a location I’d visit again. Staff were not really friendly and manager included.
Management, the consistency, and positive service are what keep your business open and happy returning customers. Thumbs down.

EDIT: got in touch with the home office and the situation was handled totally different. The store manager was really nice and replaced the order. Very professional will be ordering again because I love some pizza HUT

Door dash didn’t deliver my drink and somehow got the pizza to the wrong apartment. I called the store and the person was very apologetic and sent me a new order right away. It wasn’t their fault, door dash made a mistake and they took care of it right away. I appreciate that

Horrible … it’s not the first time. However gave it the benefit of the doubt. I have no more doubts. After I got the pizza I called and they put me on hold. This place gives pizza Hut a very bad name. Shame on them. Also, the driver did not get out of his car!! It was a terrible Experience not to mention another evening ruined by Pizza Hut
