Great experience at Pizza Hut! The manager, Daphne, and Paula were amazing—friendly, professional, and super attentive. You can tell this location is well run and that they truly care about their customers. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Definitely coming back!

This place is so disgusting. I ordered pasta with cheese sticks, and they sent regular bread sticks. Okay, I didn’t make a big deal, everyone makes mistakes, but then, while eating the bread sticks, I found a hair in the bread sticks!! I called the store to complain and spoke to the manager, and she just laughed it off and treated the incident like a joke! Very disrespectful and a health code violation.

Made an order online and paid for my order I had a coupon on my order that essentially made my pizzas buy one get one free. When i went to the location to pick it up they tell me there’s still a balance to be paid. I explained that I already paid my order and the manager said that sometimes online lets you pay an order partially. (It does not) we even tried to reorder in front of her to show her that it doesn’t allow you to partially pay but she didn’t car. She insisted on just refunding and us rebuying only one pizza essentially rendering my coupon useless. This place sucks and lacks customer service skills as well as problem solving skills….

50% of what I ordered was not delivered. It took 90 min to arrive. Crust was missing from cold pizza ( looked like someone took a bite ). I waited for 30 min on the phone to ask for my refund for what they charged me for but never deliver . They hang up on me 6 times, they kept my money for food they never ordered. This location needs to be flagged for terrible food , service and experience. Will never order pizza hut again. What a terrible business they are running. Even their call center and corporate office were less than helpful.

I got Pizza Hut delivered last night. We ordered a large pizza half cheese other half chicken and bacon. I actually took a picture because I was shocked. ONLY about 3 slices had chicken and bacon AND those are the ones that were all flipped. Some slices were way too small. The “large” pizza was more like a medium sized one. It really sucked sharing this between three people. The left and right side didn’t even match in size. The fries were also a disappointment. Nothing was fresh, tasty or filling. We actually ate sandwiches afterwards. I’m very upset with what we received. I won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.
