Really upsetting! Even though you prepay if the phone number is incorrect they cancel the order. I ordered pizza at 5:30 to come at 7 PM and at 7:40 I called and they said it’s canceled because the phone number didn’t work. It makes sense if I paid cash, you wouldn’t take the risk to deliver a pizza to an order with an incorrect number but I paid with a credit card! & they said in order to get my food I would need to pay again and my original funds wouldn’t be returned for 5-7 business days. This is a terrible way to do business – this was the first and last time I will attempt to order from this Pizza Hut. I have a house full of kids that are hungry and all that did was make me take my business somewhere else. I didn’t receive and email that my order was cancelled either. Bad business and not in favor of a customer.

This was the best pizza hut i’ve ever been to! I ordered online for pickup and in the special instructions I put for there to be extra marinara and be cooked extra crispy and it was made to perfection. I asked the people in the front who made this pizza and they told me it was young man named Jonathan. He knows how to do his job well and should get a fat raise!
