Fast and friendly service. Pizza was hot and my son loved it. He also wanted a limited edition Pizza Hut basketball, we got one but it wasn’t inflated very much and it was greasy for some reason. That’s my only complaint. I asked for another one and the employee told me the one my son had was fine and no other ones were available. After further inspection the logos on the ball are worn off in some spots.

Placed a order and basically got ripped off on a 37$ order then when I contacted support I was spun around in circles for 2 months all for the problem to never even be attempted to be solved this issue has caused my family to already have missed a dinner and ruined a dinner but now trust in pizza but has been fairly let down as they don’t care about customer support or even attempted to help fix this idie and won’t contact me back to fix issue I simply wanted to get my order remade and given to me or some type of compensation as this caused me loss of money for a dinner for my family I never received and wasn’t even my fault! This isn’t acceptable and now has been 2 months and still haven’t received help or been contacted

My pizza tasted gross and needed to be microwaved when I got it as it wasn’t even room temperature. The breadsticks were burnt with no garlic topping and even marinara sauce didn’t help. I ordered a Seagram’s Ginger Ale 2 liter and got a Sprite version 2 liter called Starry. Not what I ordered, arrived late, burnt and gross. Never again

I ordered online a Large stuffed premium, waited 20 min extra for a burnt pizza with no cheese. (Picture below)
Then when they finished making the second Pizza (unfortunately I didn’t take a picture) The pizza was made with a regular pizza dough.
While driving back to return the pizza to the Pizza Hut in Alafaya I called and ordered the The same pizza again. I was advice that they had just run out of mushrooms.
When I arrived at the location I’m speaking to the lead or manager and she informed me that they run out of mushrooms as well as the pizza dough for the stuffed crust pizza. When I questioned her why didn’t she inform me about the pizza dough on the phone when I just called? The only thing she did was apologize and apologize and I got my money back. I ORDERED 3 times and the 3 times they didn’t inform me of what the ran out off. Horrible experience!
