I called and spoke to a young lady if online deals can be in store a ince I got a text. She said it’s better to order online. I said ok, do you have any current deals. She said no. My daughter went inside after our time was up for pickup. The man said it was not ready. However another customer heard the name and said yeah, your order is in the warmer ♀️

Last few times I’ve ordered every single pizza has been dry, overcooked / burnt with hardly any sauce. Plus they forgot the pesto drizzle.

We’ve ordered from this location in the past but not in the last couple of years! The service was never great but in general its was acceptable as often had to wait around despite calling ahead!
This time I placed an online order and arrived at the store about 25 minutes as suggested by the online portal!
The staff seemed very disorganized and no one was at the front register for quite a while! Finally I had to flag a person from the back to check the order status and kept being told “its coming”! Well another 35 or so minutes of waiting and no pizza so we left without it! Instead we had to switch pizza night plans due to this poorly run location and will never be back!

Pizza Hut at Doctor Phillips is excellent. The staff are super friendly. The online coupons make me a weekly customer. The pizza is made to order to your liking. I love the pan crust large cheese pizza with breads ticks and sauce. Orders are always ready in 15 minutes. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. If you are new to the area, Pizza Hut is next to small shops and next to Publix grocery store. Thank you to the wonderful staff for weekend pizza night out. Always tip them and they are happy to have your business.

Wish I could give them 0. They are absolutely horrible. They tell you one price over the phone while they have different charge IN STORE DISPLAYED. They tell you “it’ll be ready in 20 minutes”. When you get there 30 mins later, they say “ we’re 12 orders behind, it’ll be another 30 mins”. This is the 3rd time around with different, NONSENSE ESCAPED WITH THIS CRAP! NEVER AGAIN!

Orderd 2 mediums pizzas and some breadsticks for delivery. Took roughly an hour to get delivered which was fine. The pizzas arrived nearly uneadible. As if they had been under a heating lamp the entire day. The flattest, thinnest, tasteless pizza i have ever had in my life. The breadsticks were the highlight of the meal. Me and my wife just ate those while bashing on the pizzas. Im all set on pizzahut after this. Next time i will order Marcos.

Order online. Delivered the wrong order. Called the restaurant nobody pick up the call. more than 2o minutes waiting. Call center are inexperienced and unprofessional hang up on me. Went to the restaurant only one employee at 12pm. Restaurant dirty. Complained about the missing food and employee wants to give me a store credit and if I want a refund for the food missing i have to wait until 4pm to the manager to come to see if they give me a refund. Food was for a clinic. Cant wait until 4pm. We close at 5pm. Never again I will order in Pizza Hut

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever encountered. They send out the wrong pizzas, don’t answer the phones when you call to get it sorted, then when you finally do get someone on the phone they say they’ve shut off the ovens early tonight and they can’t refund you unless you call back in two days. Absolute clown show of a “business”.
