Very disappointing experience. We waited about 45 minutes for our pizza, and when it arrived it was cold, with an extremely thin and hard crust and barely any cheese or sauce. The staff wasn’t rude, but the food quality was really poor. I’m just visiting the area, and this will definitely be my first and last time ordering from this Pizza Hut. I hope management looks into this and improves the food quality.

I chose to visit the older Pizza Hut branch on International Drive rather than the newer locations, simply for the nostalgia. Stepping inside instantly reminded me of the classic 90s-style interiors, from the décor to the overall atmosphere it’s exactly like the old days.
The food itself was excellent, classic Pizza Hut flavor without any notes for improvement. However, the service was honestly poor, to the point where getting takeaway would have been a better option. Still, for the taste and the old-school vibe, it was worth the visit.

Ordered online at 7:22pm, food was gonna be ready in 20 minutes, my boyfriend went inside after getting the “ready” message and food wasn’t ready yet. He went back 3 more times, 3rd time was the one at 8:30pm, but for what? For 2 boneless wings and a few pieces of breading. Restaurant can be packed, but you still gotta meet the standards even if the food is to go.

We were hungry for pizza and made an online order for pickup since it was just a short drive away! We ordered the Big Dinner Box which brings three pies with different toppings each with eight pieces. We did cheese, pepperoni & sausage and another with just pepperoni! Online ordering was easy and service was quick when we arrived. The pizza was delicious, as always!

Easy access off international Drive. Small seating area but looks dated and carpets cool do with a clean. It’s a busy takeaway and cost it more than Domino’s down the road. Staff and the whole area friendly but service not that great compared to others visited.

I ordered burning hot wings boneless and they where hard for some reason. She took them and remade them they came out the same way. Very disappointed. My wife had pizza she said was ok. My other son had wings and they was hard as well. He also got a pizza melt. He said the melt was good. The lady was very friendly and tried to help, was not her fault. I would bot recommend due to the product but would recommend the service.

Food was exactly as expected. The mood was ok. I had to try a pizza hut again after many years, and now it will be quite a few more until next time. As said. The food was as expected from a pizza hut, and the restaurant was fairly clean. The big setback was the service in the place. With an empty restaurant when we arrived, they still did not notice us for a bit too long. They messed up our order, and gave us two cokes, even as we ordered only one. The also gave us two pizzas with a thick bortom / pan. Where as one of them should be with a thin crust / bottom. A plus for giving us a free new pizza.
Moving on, we overheard others in the restaurant complaining about the service. And after quite a while of us beeing “done” we had to walk up to the counter to pay and leave.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After being in the parks all day we ordered 2 medium pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks at 6:25pm estimated delivery 7:05pm. We get to our room and we wait and wait and wait, we call around 7:15 to inquire since it still said oven in tracking. They say they are waiting on a driver. Okay whatever. Well they call us to tell us they can’t take cash bc the resort is marked as has to be paid in advance. Yall had over an hour to tell us this? And you wait until now 7:30 to tell us. Then they have door dash deliver which is fine had it been at idk maybe the scheduled time? We don’t get our food until 8:20 which door dash can’t deliver to the room so we had to walk from one end of the resort all the way to the lobby for it. We have never had an experience like this with any Pizza Hut this is truly insane. To top it off food was cold.

We stopped in later at night, the kid at the till was wearing a hoodie with the hood on, so he had us wondering about our choice to come for a minute, turns out he was super friendly and helpful. We got an order of cheese sticks, and there is nothing better than pizza hut cheese sticks. We got them in two pieces, so I think they forgot to cut them? or maybe they come like that now? Anyway, we came back the next night and got some pizza and more cheese sticks. Very convenient location from out hotel. This is an older pizza hut, but why mess with a classic. Thanks so much for the late-night snack and for dinner the next day!
