The pizza is horrible. I’m never going back. There no sauce on it, it’s dry and hard. I never ordered oregano on my pizza it’s so disgusting. They need to shut it down. The people working there don’t care. Spend all this money for bad tasting food.

If you are an Uber driver stay away from this place. I walked in. No one is in the place. Nobody’s working in the back. The guy finally comes out a few minutes after standing at the counter. Tells me the order I’m waiting for will be 5 minutes. I sit down. Exactly 14 minutes later another guy comes out and says my order is going to take 10 more minutes. I sat there for 14 minutes watching the back and nobody was working. Nobody was doing anything. Nothing was getting made. The phone was ringing and no one was answering it. These guys are getting paid by the hour back there meanwhile they’re wasting the Uber driver’s times who aren’t getting paid unless they have an active delivery going. They’re playing games back there or something because they’re definitely not working.

I ordered a supreme pizza, pepperoni pizza and buffalo medium wings. Whoever was or is back there preparing the food because you tossed the heck out of my wings lol my food looks good and taste great! The delivery driver was very sweet and delivered my food with care.

I ordered from this Pizza Hut Thur Uber Eats and pizza was not ready when they picked it up. Pizza was hard and looked burnt. Also it was not what I ordered. I was so disappointed this was for my child and my niece. It was not pleasant. I called and was on hold. And he said there was nothing that he could do since it was from Uber Eats.

I quit getting the pizzas here!, they are NEVER any good and too expensive for wrong orders! So last night 9/6/25 I decided to get just a simple order of 12 wings and a chocolate chip cookie! Dang if they get that order wrong! I got 6 wings and the cookie! So I paid $21 for 6 wings!!
Then tried to call them!! No one answers the phone!! I am totally done with this so called Pizza Hut!!! Anyone can out pizza this place!! Then these restaurants wonder why they are going out of business!! I was a loyal customer spending $50 – $60 dollars a week!, but this place is just steadily going downhill!! I’ll take my business and money elsewhere!!

Absolutely terrible. Feel like waiting an hour for your order upfront? Feel like getting a message that the driver was finally picking up your order through door dash? Feel like checking 20 minutes later to find out the driver is still trying to pick up the order? Feel like calling to find out what was going on just to learn they only just now finished making your pizza? Feel like being offered store credit for a place that would make ordering pizza SUCH a terrible experience? Then I recommend this place 🙂

The manager I spoke to was cool and friendly and I appreciated his help. However, the doordash driver pizza hut uses now to make deliveries showed up, called me by the wrong name, and had a bag of food from a completely different restaurant to give me. Who then sped off when he realized what happened. Unfortunately, I will never order pizza hut again so long as they work with third party delivery services. It’s just not worth the headache. Also, reaching out to pizza huts customer support was also horrible. They filed a report, couldn’t give a refund, and when they asked if there was anything else they could help me with I tried to understand why they couldn’t give me a refund, they answered quickly and hung up on me. Pizza Hut has just completely fallen apart.
