The Pizza Hut in Titusville is shameful. I’ve had times when my order never arrived, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Last night I ordered a hand-tossed pepperoni pizza with olives. It was gross! It tasted old and cold. The flavor was not great. Little Cesars has better flavor! (and that’s a low bar)

A pepperoni lovers with the same amount of pepperoni as a regular. Don’t waste your money at this place. Go eat quality pizza. Or at least Pappas John’s. Trying to make pickup quick with pizza paid for sitting in the warmer and have to wait 5 minutes at the register.

Pizza was over cooked, bacon was placed in 2-3 clumps on the pizza instead of spread around. Sauce came on the side of the pizza. I did not order this way. Breadsticks were hard like they had been sitting around a while. When I came to pick up staff seemed overwhelmed and I had to wait several minutes to be helped. Overall very disappointed

It’s been a long while since I’ve last had Pizza Hut. The Pizza and wings at the Titusville location were delicious and most importantly the staff were super friendly and courteous. So disappointed!! I ordered a hand toss pizza and got a thin crust pizza. Looks like pizza dough wasn’t set or ready to be used either. Tried calling them back to back but no one answered the phone. Pizza hut is usually my go to for chain style pizza but I think I’ll pass.

My pizza was awful and cold. It was almost 30 minutes late. According to the app it should have been delivered at 9:12pm and I called into your local Pizza Hut at 9:38pm because it still wasn’t delivered, I was put on hold and NO ONE EVER CAME BACK TO THE PHONE!!! I waited over 21 minutes!!! What kind of service is this?? My food was finally delivered and it was all cold. The personal pan pizza we ordered was disgusting, barely any cheese on it at all, I saved pictures and the pizza in case, the pasta was flavorless and a complete waste of money. The other pizza and bread sticks were cold but could be reheated and could at least be eaten. The rest of the food was gross. A complete disappointment. We order from Pizza Hut damn near every week and this is the first time we have been so disappointed and mistreated, but you have lost loyal customers. You need to go back to learning how to treat customers because this isn’t the way Pizza Hut.
