UNDERCOOKED PIZZA. Never ordered a pizza from somewhere where it was RAW. First time for everything I guess. It’s very sad that we don’t have a good Pizza Hut in town. $50 for pizza I have to cook myself?!?! Save yourself time and heartache and order from 5-Star.
Update: Manager gave me a store credit and offered to remake, but it’s too late. Remake would mean another hour, so credit it is.

34th street has Poor service and when I recieved my food, I wanted a refund or exchange due to it not being the right sauce on my 20pc wings and the manager on duty name Bella wanted rather talked about his/her gender ways and it made my experience horrible i don not recommend im also still waiting on my exchange or refund. Also still have their wings waiting. This is supposedly burning hot but it’s mixed sauces.

I grew up in the area this Pizza Hut was wonderful until about 3 years ago and the quality has just been going downhill from there.

I actually cannot believe how crappy of an experience we had ordering a pizza at this location.
At 7:30 I ordered two medium pizzas, some wings and cheesy bread.
I ordered my pizza as an original pan (the whole reason I chose pizza hut) and my husband’s was hand tossed. (This matters later.)
The estimated time of arrival was 8:12. At 8:30, my husband called and asked to get an update. They said they had to remake a pizza but that it was coming out of the oven now and would be on the way soon.
At 9pm the driver was still at the store so we called again to get an update. They said they had to remake an item from my order (again?) And it would be on it’s way soon.
At 9:15 we got our delivery. They made my pizza hand tossed instead of original pan, and didn’t send us our cheesy bread.
We called the store once again, and the store manager Irene, answered. When we explained the situation, she replied “oh yeah we were just out of original pan and we were out of cheesy bread.” As if that was a satisfactory answer. Why wouldn’t she call us and ask if we still wanted our order? Or what we would like as a substitute? Or literally communicate with us AT ALL rather than sending us an order that was half wrong, while still charging us the full price??? The whole time we were on the phone she was dismissive and annoyed that we were upset. We asked for a refund and she said that only her general manager could give us a refund and she isn’t back until the 14th. So, we will be in touch with Pamela on the 14th.
Ugh.

Ordered 2 large pizzas for carry out. When we got home, discovered that the dough was undercooked, almost raw. Called to get a refund- did not want store credit. Now being told they have no record of the credit card transaction, even when given the appropriate card number. Will not go there again.

I got the big dinner box which comes with two different pizzas you can customize, along with wings and breadsticks. I used to order this all the time where I used to live and loved it but for some reason this pizza was not nearly as good. I just felt like it was falling apart- it was way too flakey and the cheese was falling off. It wasn’t awful but definitely not my favorite. Probably won’t be returning

The manager Isabella is amazing! She is so friendly, has a great attitude, and is very professional. It’s Halloween and they’re very busy, but she is making sure that everyone is happy and that everything is being taken care of! I highly recommend this location and will be back soon!

Pick up at window: I don’t wish to make a long post because I’m already frustrated. Everything in our order was not good. My pizza crust was burned and it smelled bad. The breadsticks were rock hard and also tasted burned. My son got the cheeseburger melt and it had no toppings inside and was crusty. The parmesan cheese was also burned on top. Our meal was so disappointing….I’m regretting this order. Do you need to clean your ovens? I could only eat one piece of my pizza….I threw the rest away….

We waited over an hour for our food, only to find out it had been sitting in the warmer for about 30 minutes. No one bothered to tell us their system was down while we sat in the drive-thru, but staff still had time to step out for a smoke break. Even the manager was there and didn’t seem to take any action to fix the situation. What a disappointing experience and total mess.
