Just giving a heads up for the folks who order salads from this location, they apparently no longer cut up the chicken that comes on the salad. And you can expect to find some tarnished lettuce in the mix. Every time. It’s a good thing they gave me a knife to cut it MYSELF, but i definitely expected it to be more.. “ready to eat” upon opening. Specially for the price. Might just need to go else where for a better quality $10 salad next time lol

Chic-Fil-A always has top tier customer service but my experience this morning was extraordinary. Mr. Adam G. took our order with a smile and enthusiasm that was contagious. He put me in a good mood with his energy. My one year old daughter was with me and he was very friendly and nice to her. I always enjoy my visits to Chic-Fil-A but this was the best one yet. Just stopped here randomly on way from Nashville to Orlando. Chick filA is always 10/10 but this one in Manchester, TN was somehow 11/10 , the fries/nuggets may be the best ive had at CFA ever. Good service and clean too

Lemonade was too sweet even when I went with diet lemonade. It needs less sugar. The food is great though. I enjoyed breakfast chicken mini that’s the.bomb.wau better than the biscuit spicy chicken. My friend ordered like 3 more of those chicken mini. The bread taste like doughy and soft. Something about that bread is delicious!

Google Maps states 9pm closing time. Pull over in a semi to access another reataurant. See lights ON and CALLED. Recording states 10pm closing time. Door was UNLOCKED at 9 pm yet they were closed. I will mostly pass this location by in the future even if they are open. It was close enough after 9 to have something available yet the girl didn’t bother to ask.

Jade needs to work on her attitude and manners. My order was canceled and as I was asking why and how when I ordered online she proceed to tell me she doesn’t make the rules. I will never come back to this location again. Also couldn’t provide me with a receipt or tell me when my money would be back on my card.
