I just want to give a shout out to the manager, John, and the driver, Mr. Albert. I couldn’t make it to fl for my granddaughter’s birthday, so I ordered for them and asked if they could write “Happy Birthday” and even ask if the driver (Mr. Albert ) could sing “Happy Birthday.” Most people would say, “Man, I’m not gonna do that,” but I know they took the time out to do that for my baby’s birthday. She turned 3 today, and she loved that he sang “Happy Birthday” to her. She is normally the one singing it to everyone else. Thank you guys for helping me make this day special for her.

Hadn’t ordered Pizza Hut in ten years (seriously). Thought I’d give them another chance, after so many years. Just got done eating my double pepperoni thin crust. It was awful. Crust was gummy and had a weird after taste. Texture was off. Customer service was spot on, though!
The Pizza Hut memories from my teenage years have been shattered. Yuk! Don’t do it!

I switched from Domino’s to Pizza Hut since I felt the quality and the customer service was better. Apparently I was wrong. The last two times I have ordered from here has been highly disappointing. The first time I ordered a 4 pack of 20 oz drinks. The driver handed them to a different customer but at least was nice enough to admit it. He offered to go back to the store and get my drinks or give me a refund. I chose, stupidly, to have him bring back the drinks. When he came back I had 4 drinks I didn’t request. Oh well, right?
Second time I ordered a hutbox with a personal pan pizza and wings, along with some other stuff. When my order came I was missing my wings. I called the store and they offered to bring my wings or give me a $10 credit. Since I was already a little peeved I decided to take the credit. Then they told me that it would be applied to my account and I had 30 days to use it before it expired. After my previous experiences I couldn’t guarantee that I would be ordering at all, much less within the next 30 days. If I didn’t I’d be out my wings AND my money. I told them to forget that and just send me my wings. Then I get a text that my wings were gonna be delivered via doordash. Poor doordash driver. I hope he wasn’t expecting a tip for that. Should ask Pizza Hut to pay it.
Moral of the story, I probably won’t be ordering here again. The food is good but not worth finding out that your order is not right. If you do order, maybe you should choose to pickup instead. Might have better luck.

So twice now I’ve ordered cheesy Alfredo and been given CHICKEN Alfredo. Had I wanted chicken I would have ordered it. The first time I gave it to my sister and let it slide but tonight I didn’t, I called and was told they would bring me a replacement that all I needed to do it give the driver the one I didn’t want, cool whatever I’m not gonna eat it anyhow…. I’ve been waiting almost 2 HOURS FOR MY REPLACEMENT!!!!
EDIT: Called back and spoke with Troy who processed my refund. Thanks Troy for your kindness and I really do appreciate you making it right!!!!

It was clear my Large pizza was a medium and made for a dollar or two total. You guys trained staff to barely use sauce. Barely use cheese barely use toppings. I had a two topping that looked like a quarter topping. There was such a small sprike of cheese sauce and toppings it was horrible! You guys lost my business will never return

Do you like living on the edge of sitting on the toilet forever or never holding anything ever again because of greasy fingers? Then look no further and order from this place. This Pizza Hut seems to be where to be where people lose all hope and have given up. Complete and utter trash. I’ve reviewed a lot of pizza and some were bad, but this was one of the worst. Don’t eat here

Decided to give the 120 Entrance Rd, Pensacola, FL location a second try after having a pizza that looked like it had been picked up sideways before, only to get what you can see in the pictures below. My pizza looks like it was dropped at least once and my wife’s pizza isn’t much better. Then the manager tried to tell me it was because of how the edge pizza is cut ! I will never be ordering from this location again !

This location always messes my food up. Still waiting hear from the manager on an order I emailed about 3 weeks ago you made the pizzas backwards. The thin was supposed to be the pan toppings and visa versa.

Atmosphere was hot and cramped and the manager extremely rude and flat out said she didn’t care if she lost pizza hut any business…I went to another location and was actually greeted with professionalism from ALL the employees there. I prefer to travel an extra 5 miles to the pizza hut who can comprehend an order and don’t act like your bothering them..the manager at entrance rd needs to understand ain’t nobody making her work there so if she’s going to be nasty find a different job.
