Haven’t had Pizza Hut in years. Won’t have it again. The Big New Yorker was poorly made. The dough had fell flat and they didn’t care. As shown by the photos this crust was thinner than thin crust and soaked in grease. They tossed it in the box and handed it out the window anyway. $18 pizza trashed and wasted time.

Pizza Hut has seemingly taken a hit in recent years. I ordered a hand-tossed large and it seems to be a thin crust and had three inches of crust around the whole thing. Not a full pizza. I used to eat here almost monthly and was very happy with their products but here lately, it has been sub-par at best. Photos of my hand-tossed Hawaiian.

Had lunch here yesterday. The server brought the drinks, took the order, and then brought the food out. My glass ran dry, no one stopped by my table, and I had to go to the counter myself to get “to go” boxes. The pizza, wings and cheese sticks however, were on point, and delicious. I had prepared to leave a nice tip, as I know servers are always on their feet running, but not when they disappear.

•Update: We come here all of the time and have always received great service, but last night, 11/6, we did not. We walked in at 9:50 PM. Keep in mind, they do not close until 11:00 PM. There were workers standing up by the counter and no one greeted us or anything. It was like they were bothered that we were there. This one girl eventually said, “Pick up or dining in?” And we said, “Dining in” and she just looked really mad, so I followed up with saying, “If that’s okay?” and she said, “We don’t close till 11.” Right, exactly, so like….what’s the attitude for? We just kept our order real simple and could not wait to get out of there! She ended up trying to be nice at the end, but she had already killed our vibe from the get go. I was already having a bad night too and just wanted some comfort food, and she seriously made it no better. I was once a server. You don’t make people feel that way. The way you speak, the faces you make, and the body language is everything.

Haven’t eaten inside a pizza hut since long before covid. Went to pizza hut my entire life for their lunch buffet. Greatest thing on the planet. Well this location, like most others do not offer the lunch buffet any longer. This is very sad as when you walk in the salad bar and pizza bar fixtures are still there. The place looks very run down and not updated since the 2000s. I beg the owners of this franchise to please, please, please bring back the lunch buffet! As for the food. There’s something about eating a pizza hut pan pizza out of that black metal pan that nothing else on the planet can compare to! The food was top notch yesterday.

5 years ago the taco pizza was good. But today 3/24/23 it was all lettuce and no meat and beans on it. The did give us 20% off bill which was nice of them. But wont be back.
