Called in for take out. I asked the difference in price for a large and ex large meat lovers. She said you can’t get an extra meat lovers. You have to do a custom order. Okay, why not ring me up an extra large and add the meats to make it a meat lovers? Ain’t that hard. I said just give me a large and an order of cheese sticks. Pizza was okay however the cheese sticks were cold as all get out. Disappointed this place has gone so far down. Pizza Hut use to be the bomb. To many let downs to go back.

Putting too many super thin crust out and they turn dry and hard very quickly… need more hearty toppings. I know they are trying to make money but much more likely to eat where there is really great food that cost a little more than just get buy..budget issue food. Staff is excellent!!

•Update: We come here all of the time and have always received great service, but last night, 11/6, we did not. We walked in at 9:50 PM. Keep in mind, they do not close until 11:00 PM. There were workers standing up by the counter and no one greeted us or anything. It was like they were bothered that we were there. This one girl eventually said, “Pick up or dining in?” And we said, “Dining in” and she just looked really mad, so I followed up with saying, “If that’s okay?” and she said, “We don’t close till 11.” Right, exactly, so like….what’s the attitude for? We just kept our order real simple and could not wait to get out of there! She ended up trying to be nice at the end, but she had already killed our vibe from the get go. I was already having a bad night too and just wanted some comfort food, and she seriously made it no better. I was once a server. You don’t make people feel that way. The way you speak, the faces you make, and the body language is everything.
•I have not been to a Pizza Hut in years! I have been missing out! Our past two experiences (both from this week) have been amazing! Not only are the employees nice and attentive, but the pizza is off the chain! And we can talk about those mozzarella sticks?! The cheese pulls are so satisfying (the last picture shows one, but it does not do it justice lol)! 🙂

My hubby and I love this Hawaiian Chicken pizza that we get and it’s always very good, could use a few more toppings such as more pineapple, especially for the price, $19.36 for just a medium. Very tasty though!

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in years. Won’t have it again. The Big New Yorker was poorly made. The dough had fell flat and they didn’t care. As shown by the photos this crust was thinner than thin crust and soaked in grease. They tossed it in the box and handed it out the window anyway. $18 pizza trashed and wasted time.

Pizza Hut has seemingly taken a hit in recent years. I ordered a hand-tossed large and it seems to be a thin crust and had three inches of crust around the whole thing. Not a full pizza. I used to eat here almost monthly and was very happy with their products but here lately, it has been sub-par at best. Photos of my hand-tossed Hawaiian.
