I know pizza made from expired dough when I see one! I didn’t order thin crust but this I what I get AND it’s not even thin crust- it’s just EXPIRED DOUGH. So this is what you give people to feed their kids for their money! Horrible. I’m so glad this happened before I made the big order I was planning to for our get together. Never. Again.

Ordered through the website and received someone else’s order. Called the store and the manager said they would remake my order and send it out with a free 2 liter as a sorry, and that he would see to it personally that it would be sent out. An hour goes by I still haven’t received my order, a total of 2 hours now from my initial order. I call again after an hour and no one picks up, I call multiple times and have to physically drive to the store to get my money back. They still don’t know where my original or replacement order went.

I used to love this Pizza Hut. We got a medium Pizza and 8 wings was almost $40 my Pizza was doughy and not done And wings were cold And wings were cold. And that was with a sitting in the parking lot waiting on them to get it done 10 minutes later than what they said it would be done a total disappointment.

Ordered 12/17/23 on line due to the only person working was one person which if I had known would not of ordered. Ordered the worst pizza I’ve ever bought which was supposed to be an Hawaiian with extra sauce. Waited in parking lot 50 minutes to drive home some type of bacon ham pizza which had an awful taste. Plan on returning tomorrow. Hopefully manager owner will be present. I’ll invite them to either refund or best is eat this pizza which there store made. Don’t Go There!!!! As you can see this is not an Hawaiian pizza.

Pizza arrived about 30 minutes earlier than expected, which was cool. Until we opened the garage door. The driver left the pizzas on a pallet in our driveway, didn’t ring the doorbell or knock. We only knew because we heard rustling outside. We get them inside as he’s pulling away and the 1 is completely destroyed. The other was only a bit roughed up. Not only were they destroyed but they were about as hot as Frosty the Snowman. They were sitting outside for all of about 45 seconds. By far, the worst delivery we’ve ever had. It’s worth the drive to just go pick your food up from another location…

This place is hit or miss. I’ve had orders that came on time and with nothing wrong, and I’ve had orders come really late and messed up. When it comes down to it, this place needs work. It’s not entirely bad, but it does lack quality. People need to take pride in their work even if it’s just making pizza. If you order from here you can expect the type of quality reflected in the photo that I’ve attached. Uneven cuts, and uneven toppings. Who knows though, you may get lucky and get a perfect order. Good luck!

Semi concerned now with each time I’ve ordered. Last time they were super helpful in fixing the order but this time around I got quite the shock.
