Best Pizza Hut!!! Thank you to new GM Mr Steven! AT THIS LOCATION! Always ensured orders are ready on time and correct! Always ready to assist customers and handle any issues. Always very polite and a great leader to the staff. Tell me why I ordered Cinnamon sticks and they want to tell me that “I definitely boxed that order and it’s Cinnamon sticks” Like what!?! A: Their lips are moving.
Employees seem to be trained to string along delivery drivers…”a few minutes” means 15-20, and two orders supposedly back to back will in fact be 10-15 more minutes of waiting.

I go here about once a week, and the quality of the food is always great and the customer service is the best. I order from the app which is quick and easy and they always remember me when I come in. If they are out of something or something isn’t perfect, they will go above and beyond to satisfy you like giving you free food. Hands down the best Pizza Hut on the Westside.

I just bought a large Hawaiian pizza that I love and that has a particular flavor like the pizzahot ones and it left a lot to be desired. It doesn’t have the size or the flavor and they even added chili. I’ve never bought a Hawaiian pizza from you that was this bad.

Probably the best store I’ve ordered from! Great customer service and a hot, correct order. Been to this location many times years ago. We moved away from the area and back and still get the the same great service and hot food made the way I ordered. Keep it up Pizza Hut!

This place really went downhill! I’ve had some not so great pizzas in my life but this one was probably the worst. Ordered with easy on the sauce and got lots of sauce randomly spread on the pizza. Several places were like they took the ladle and smashed it in the dough and baked it like that and it had several mushy, moist spots in the bottom of the crust. It honestly felt like it was done on purpose. The guy that rang me up was friendly and the Mgr I spoke to when I called about this issue offered me a refund or free pizza but I’m not looking for a freebie I just want good food made right. It’s pretty sad though that I’ve had my best and worst Pizza Hut pizza from the same location. I’m not surprised though, ever since Covid Schmovid nobody wants to work and the ones that will can’t hardly do their job right . Maybe I’ll try this location again one day.

Should have learned from our first time eating here that these people have no clue how to offer serice or make anything at all on their menu. Read our first and second experience please so you can be warned We placed our order for delivery at 6:05 pm. We are told we would receive our order in 30-40 minutes. At 6:18 our order was out for delivery. We live .6 miles (.6 is 6 tenths of a mile or a little more than half a mile for those who don’t understand decimals). It took the driver 42 minutes to get us our order and the food was completely and utterly stone cold. Have 2 little ones and the pizza reheated was not nearly as good as it would have been had it been delivered ON TIME. I literally could have walked there and picked it up in the time it took to get here. Very dissapointed. Photos below are what they consider their pizza grinder/calzone. As you can see. No sauce and very very little cheese if at all any. Will never order here again.
