I always receive great service at this location & my order is always hot & perfect! Only a couple of times just a small detail of my order was wrong however both times it was made better with pleasant service!! 1st time the manager remade my pizza & went above & beyond! The 2nd time Brianna offered to have it remade however I declined due to how late it had gotten & again, she was also very kind, apologetic, offered advice how it can be prevented in the future & offered other ways to make it better for tonight!! In the world we live in today there is so much bad customer service, but Brianna showed the exact opposite just as the manager Angela did before!! Big kuddos to Angela & Brianna!!!!

This is a small to go place. There are 4 chairs for the customers. Not the cleanest. Very dated.
The cashier is very pleasant. The Italian meats pasta is delicious. The breadstick with cheese are yummy. Hot. Crispy. Well cooked. The price here seems a bit less than the last restaurants we went.
You should try the bacon cheese sticks for 7 dollars. They are phenomenal.
You log in their wifi and you can see their special and menu.

At this particular Pizza Hut the food is normally good that’s why I used this Pizza Hut as my staple of where I order my pizza from. Yesterday 6/21/24 was not that great. From the customer service to the pizza and lastly my chocolate filled donuts. It started from The guy at the counter act like he didn’t want to be there he somewhat slammed my pizza box on the counter as he call himself giving it to me. I had to ask him, was he alright just by the way he was giving me my food. I get home and the pizza look like I got it from Walmart, frozen food aisle. The chocolate donuts was hard as if they were made a long time ago. Needless to say I was disappointed but hopefully this was just a one off.
Update: So I revised and the pizza was amazing. It was like night and day from my previous order back on 6/21/24. It took me awhile to come back because again I was very displeased. The pizza was great & my wings were just as good. I was very satisfied. Me personally, I felt the need to keep the same type of energy I did when the service and food wasn’t I left a review. The food was great so I’m updating my review. 9/5/24

Pizza Hut has changed in recent years.
Quality appears to be improving and they’ve transitioned to a smaller restaurant footprint.
But I’ve noticed something else starting to emerge.
Traffic.
Lots of orders coming and going, especially so on Friday and Saturday nights.
I don’t know if online will improve this.
Is this the start of Pizza gridlock?
Update: June 2023, Busy location but staff effective at keeping it moving.

The food arrived on time which was nice, especially after reading reviews. However, we had a bunch of issues.
The pizza was definitely undercooked and fell apart and the crust was very chewy. The big dinner box was ok. I got one with a marinara base and it had some sauce, And I got one with a buffalo sauce base and there was absolutely no sauce. Guessing they ran out and said nothing about it? The marinara that came with the cheese sticks was a quarter filled and was a water consistency. The cinnamon rolls were also over cooked. The boneless buffalo wings were fine.
Based on the reviews of this place and what I ordered something is wrong here.

I have to put one start to be able to leave a review. Do your self a favor and don’t waste your money in here.
I placed a order and everything was nasty and cold. I did not order a Thin pizza because i hate them and that is what they send me. This pizza is so hard. My order was not complete at all, I am missing things in here. I have call more than 10x to this place and they do NOT pick up. Customer service said to keep calling and they do not pick up. Do not spend the money in here because there is no way to get it back either. Unless you go to the store.

id leave zero stars if i could, most sloppy disgusting box i’ve ever received, had to cut everything ourselves, dessert was touching pizza and breadsticks, let the pictures speak for itself, tried calling and the lady who answers the phone was childishly rude & was yelling at my husband as if she were a child , get more workers and better workers, minimum wage is not $15 for you guys to be doing less than the minimum
update: our dinner box the next day because we called twice and they would just put us on hold for over 30 minutes, my family didnt get to have dinner last night …, this place desperately needs new workers and new management, i will never come back to this place. will be calling as soon as they open for a refund, if that fails i’ll be contacting corporate drive the extra few minutes for a better pizza and to not waste you or your families time

Picked up a large pepperoni this afternoon. The pizza was made to my specifications and was very good. I do miss the days when the Hut used only fresh dough, but that is the past. The only tip I would offer this location is that your front lobby area needs a good cleaning. It smelled like a wet dog today and was quite over-powering. It could have been one of the people that were waiting, but it was pretty bad.

We placed an order only to have the food completely wrong, cold, and missing half the order. Not to mention the box smelled like cigs and the black lady who delivered our pizza was snarky and smelled of cigs. Thanks for the side order of nicotine I guess. She had what looked like a buzz cut under that hat of hers. If I ever order from this location again, and a BIG IF, I pray I don’t get that same delivery driver.
