Crossroads Sports Bar & Grill

I drove about 25 minutes to enjoy a nice evening out but unfortunately it wasn’t quite what I hoped for (and I’m pretty easy to please!). The employee behind the counter taking order was less than friendly from the time I walked in the door until I walked away. Having never been there, I wasn’t sure how it worked and she didn’t seem interested in telling me much.
The food was very good but cold! You could tell they made the fries and mozzarella sticks before the chicken for the sandwich.
The bar tender was okay but also wasn’t very welcoming or familiar with customer service.
Regarding the atmosphere, I came there to enjoy a night out and some food, not have to hear a customer constantly asking people (even strangers) who their favorite porn star was! Seriously?!? Kick him out already!

I was told with excitement, go to Crossroads they have great wings. I was not that impressed. I think what made the experience poor was how they just sit your food out. The game is on people are chatting so if u get to involved you will miss the tex that says your order is ready and your food is just there until you remember or they finally call you out on the mic. Which should be done in tge first place. Wings were pricey and not terrific. I could have given that to Crossroads Church

Enjoyed dinner of wings and rings on a Wednesday night. You order when you enter and then pick up your food when they announce your name and send you a text. Not a fan but it works. Enjoyed the spicy garlic wings but was not impressed with the hot sauce. Onion rings were okay, not house made. Lots of TVs for watching sports.

Nice little sports bar and great staff. Use to love the wings but my last two visits my wings were soggy and I had to reheat them. Still go here and I’m sure it was just my luck of the draw those two times but really hope it better on my next visit.

This is a typical sports bar, my second time visiting this month, I had the mild wings both times. You order at the counter when you come in the door have a seat and they will text when the food is ready.

If you are gonna have your restaurant open till midnight make sure your workers actually serve the people who come in. We pulled up around 10:40 and you guys close at midnight. I was told we can not order even though the entire bar was filled with people. Im still able to order for delivery but they refused me service in person. I hope this problem gets fixed.

You order your food set down and wait for a text then you go to front of restaurant and pick up your tray. Napkin box you have to go get too it was kinda greasy. Table not clean and wings was not done. Restaurant has wide open space and some out door setting as well. Missed the service you get in set down restaurants no one checked on us or anything. Took our wings home and air fried them the flavor was awesome.

The entire experience was terrible. It was obvious after the waitress talked to us we had no idea how their system worked with ordering up front. Basically doing it all yourself. We got no insight or any assistance how to proceed. Will never go back.
