This is the best pizza I’ve had in years, cooked perfectly no doughy parts. I know that might not seem like a big deal but I live in Saint Augustine and have not been able to find any place that fully cooks or even cuts the pizza all the way in years. Thank you

We ordered delivery through the App as we have previously many times. We were given a time of 30-40 minutes. After an hour had passed we called to get the status of our order. I was told that they had given the order to a Door Dash driver just 5 or so minutes before. After waiting almost another 30 minutes I called again to get a status. Once again I was told the exact same thing, “Door Dash grabbed it 5 min ago”. I said that is obviously not the case and if they could contact the driver for the status. I was told they could not and once Door Dash grabbed it, it was in their hands and not Pizza Hut. I told the person on the phone “That is why I ordered directly from Pizza Hut and NOT Door Dash. He said do I want to cancel the order and place another for pickup. I had family from out of town so I still needed food. I told him to go ahead and place another order and I would be down in 10-15 min. When I got there, of course I had to pay a second time for the pickup order. When a person came from the back with my pizza he asked the guy at the front desk ” Hey aren’t these pizzas for the same person also?” So if you can’t tell at this point, not only was the associate on the phone and at the desk LAZY, but also chose to LIE to me, not once but twice! I and my family/friends will never order from Pizza Hut again and will go with one of the local pizza places instead. On top of this, I was emailed a request for a review of the order. I completed me review and where it asked if I wanted to be contacted about the order I said yes. It has been a couple weeks since the order and I still have not been contacted.

You might miss the restaurant and drive past it because the front sign was damaged by the hurricane. DONT DRIVE PAST IT !!!! It’s a very good restaurant. The lady at cash is very sweet. The pasta that we ordered is very tasty. She’s so helpful as she knows we might have ordered the wrong item. The pasta is rich and delicious. The garlic bread stick with cheese is heavenly. The restaurant is clean. We shall return. 5 stars.

I can not give this a good review, first no water, no ice, no fountain…that is how I was greeted when giving my drink order..pizza came out ( greasy) I mentioned it and she said when you order pepperoni lover that is how it comes, greasy. Asked for salt and pepper, no do not have that either. I will not try again during my two month stay!

I placed an order for a supreme pizza with multiple toppings and extra cheese. When I arrived to pick up the pizza the only one I had ordered was a supreme pizza with only cheese. I asked the cook if they could add the toppings to the cheese pizza. He said no. I would have to order another and pay for both.
He whoud not and told me I had to pay, it was my error. I paid for the cheese pizza and left. The pizza was cold by then. I will never eat Pizza Hut again and will tell my family and friends about the ride and cold experience I had at Pizza Hut on Atlantic Ave.

Best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to, not even joking. It’s like going to Pizza Hut in the 90’s. They even had cheese sauce for breadsticks which is apparently not a thing in Florida but they get it from Taco Bell for the occasion that people ask for it. How sweet. 🙂

I ordered a pizza, supposed to arrive at 1013pm. At 1029pm, I get a notification that someone picked up my pizza. 10 minutes later the person said someone else picked up my pizza and Pizza Hut refused to remake it. I tried calling and got the call center. Call center transferred me to the store who refused to answer the phone.

It’s “buffalo wing” flavored not Italian like the regular Marinara……

It’s Pizza Hut so the food is what you expect. The server, Alexandria, was phenomenal. She was witty and personable. Worth every penny.
