They made my order wrong like always and they skimped out on the toppings. This store doesn’t know how to make a pizza with light cheese and extra sauce. I’ve been trying for 2 years to get this Pizza Hut to make my order right and they just can’t do it like Dominos does. I’ll never order from this Pizza Hut again. Dominos knows how to make my pizza, but can’t get Pizza Hut to figure out what light cheese and extra sauce means. They barely put any sauce on the pizza. They don’t know the difference between breadsticks and cheesy bread. Every time I order breadsticks, they give me cheesy bread which I don’t like.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut. I ordered expecting the usual quality, but the pizza I received was not made well and did not taste good at all. The crust and overall texture were extremely dry and the flavor was very bland—honestly, it tasted like cardboard. For the price, I expected something fresh and enjoyable, but this order felt rushed and poorly prepared. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the quality and consistency were not acceptable. I’m leaving this review because I hope the location takes this seriously and improves the food quality going forward.

This location has attentive and lovable staff. They always ensure my wings are cooked like I like them. The manager was active leadingbthe team.during a rush. The pizza is so good too. I like their melt option as well. This place can get all my money. No one out pizzas the hut.

Came in from New Orleans Saturday 5/3/2025 & stop over at this Pizza Hut on Nova. My pizza was wrong & undercooked. The lady was supposed to give me a credit. Went back 5/5/2025 the lady didn’t put the credit in her notes. Got another pizza & once again it was undercooked & dough was raw. Those ppl in that store need to be trained properly.

Just ordered 2 melts that was burnt and was made all wrong from how I customized it. The delivery guy had a attitude even after leaving a tip.. I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY FIRST MIND AND ORDERED DOMINOS THEY NEVER EVER DISAPPOINT.

I ordered two medium pizzas with stuffed crust. Instead, I received 2 square pizzas from the big dinner box, but I did not pay for the big dinner box and paid considerably more for less. For the price, I paid for my 2 pizzas I could have ordered the 3 pizza Big dinner box and still spent less money. I paid for two medium stuffed crust pizzas. On top of this, the pizzas were 20 minutes behind their scheduled pick-up time, but the staff in the store seemed more interested in socializing. I was sitting and waiting in the store, and they could have addressed the issue with me, adjusted my price, or acknowledged that they didn’t have what I ordered. I also ordered a parmesan and red pepper (which you have to pay for now) and received two parmesans.

Apparently Pizza Hut is the same as Papa John’s, they don’t understand how to read preferences.
I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and light cheese. They gave me the opposite, I got extra cheese and light sauce. On my next 2 orders they’re get no tip, I tip well.
For now on, every time they mess up my order, I’m skipping their tip on my following 2 orders I place.
They hardly put àny dipping sauce in the container. My order was a total rip off.

Everything was horrible from the pizza to the service to the management to the for the manager foto call me and my husband a liar about what we got delivered is beyond crazy I spent $30 food was incorrect and when I called to have it fixed and send an email to show me and my husband were not lying it’s was the wrong email I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! It gets worse every time. I don’t care if it’s free, I won’t order from them again. My old PH made things perfect… today I ordered the garlic knots super supreme pizza and 12 wings. The wings were ok, but dry and there was no blue cheese (I seem to remember always getting one free blue cheese sauce). The garlic knots seemed to be overcooked, the cheese was dry inside while at the same time, the middle of the pizza was still gooey like it was undercooked. My final complaint is that the site said it would be delivered in 28-38 minutes…half hour after the order was placed, it was in the oven and it took nearly 50 minutes to get here (in all).
The driver said as soon as she clocked in they sent my pizza out, and it wasn’t long after they messaged me that it got here, so it wasn’t the driver’s fault.
