We live just half a mile from this location and order frequently for both delivery and in-store pickup. Unfortunately, one recurring issue has pushed us to stop ordering delivery altogether and now only pick up in person, and even that has become uncomfortable.
Whenever we order online and prepay (including selecting a tip in advance), there is one employee in particular who always prompts us again for an additional tip at pickup. We clearly explain that everything has already been handled online, and her response is that she “has to ask.” The problem is… when she is not working, no one asks. Additionally, the Crosshill Blvd location does not prompt for tips on prepaid pickup orders either. This makes it feel more like pressure than policy.
The ONLY interaction we have with this employee is being asked to tip again… despite no additional service being provided, and that’s uncomfortable. As a service business owner myself, I fully understand the importance of tipping and always take care of service workers appropriately. However, I don’t believe customers should feel pressured for extra gratuity after prepaying, especially for pickup orders.
This location would benefit from clearer policies and additional customer service training so guests aren’t put in awkward situations. We love the convenience and the food, but this experience has been consistently off-putting.

I wanted to give a huge shout-out to the general manager, Megan, at this Pizza Hut location. From the moment I walked in, it was clear she runs a fantastic team. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure our order was perfect and piping hot. It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Because of Megan’s top-tier service, this is officially my go-to spot for pizza night!

Aside from the food being delicious, the people who work there were so nice to me when I needed help. Flat tire in the rain at night, Megan not only helped me pull my car into a safe parking space but held a light for me while I changed the tire. They let me use their bathroom to wash my hands, gave me extra paper towels to dry off, and even showed me the proper way to use the app and get some discounts! Truly above and beyond!

I love this location! They are always on point with service , and customer service. The location is always clean as well! I always ask for extra cheese only pizza and it’s always extra on pizza, in which is important to me because I pay for it. I by pass the location that’s nearest to me and come to this one because of this reason because the other location does not pay attention to my extra cheese!

Just moved back to the area and I gotta say the customer service and food are SPECTACULAR here. I hear they’re under new management and it is definitely noticeable. Ever since the end of the pandemic, an overall decline in the quality of customer service and product delivered seems to be the norm. But not at this Pizza Hut takeout restaurant. From day one, the proprietor has been able to consistently deliver the best quality food with on time delivery and with outstanding customer service. Whatever your formula is, it’s working. Keep up the great work and I’ll continue coming back to you versus the many other pizza parlors in the vicinity.

Great to see new management at this location. The employees were friendly. Service was great. We are plain Janes and got LG extra cheese pizzas. But got them home and tore them up. They didn’t stand a chance. The kids say it was Ooey Gooey perfection. Big Thank you Megan the new owner and the whole team!!! Y’all are awesome! We will be back more frequently now. <3

I rate this location a ZERO. I am disgusted by the unfair and unjust discrimination and disrespect by the general manager MEGAN.
As a loyal repeat customer weekly that pays
I was advised at the window that this manager has advised the entire store to not serve me and dishonor my Pizza Hut rewards. This manager sees me almost daily and has messed my order up on numerous occasions and I never complained.
I am disgusted at the general manager megan’s unprofessional unethical and disrespectful nature to even relay a message like this
But smiles and Greets me as if an accepted and loyal customer almost daily .
This was calculated and premeditated to my arrival.
Due to Megan the General Manager
And the unethical conduct I just recieved I would not recommend anyone to even eat at this Pizza Hut.
This complaint per the comment made to me when I picked my order up will be escalated. This was disrespectful and I’m disgusted.
