I was driving Orlando to Atlanta and looking for pizza hut sign for hour but didn’t see any, I stopped for gasoline and find this pizza hut near me. No doubt pizza hut is favorite for traveler, but this pizza hut location brings the 90s pizza tastes, Kim and Michelle are very friendly, talented and professional who maintain this unique pizza blend.

I made a call to get a delivery and asked the lady what their specials were. She was rude when I asked so I hung up and called elsewhere. They need to be more courteous over the phone and not treat it like an inconvenience to tell someone what the specials are when asked, despite what the customer may want.

Apparently, counting is not a skill they require to work there. I order 6 wings. That’s it. I waited 20minutes and they told me they only put in 4 and had to wait for the other 2. Geeze! Lady at the counter had an “I really don’t care” attitude. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. First and last time I will go there.

Fortunately I didn’t pay first. I waited an hour with a group of other customers who weren’t as lucky. You had grandma Moses and clueless at the front counter who didn’t have a clue what was going on. Two guys in the back piling pizzas on top of each other not even trying to help the front counter. What was coming out was being given to the customers wrong, at least the ones that managed to get pizza. When I left I still had no clue if or when my pizza was ever going to be ready. The worst run Pizza Hut I have ever seen. Good luck to the customers I left waiting.

I love this Pizza hut. It’s great for mainly delivery and pick up. They only have one table and a couple of waiting chairs. The lobby is small so it’s not meant for dine in. But the employees are very helpful when your having an issue with the online system. They know me by hard so they make me cheesy bread because they know I’m going to do the survey. They’re always smiling and the food is always great and hot. No complaints at all. Update: they continue impress me. I was over an hr late picking up my order. They had already tossed it. But the sup explained they can’t hold it that long and not worry he would remake my order. They weren’t even upset I had then to waste ingredients. I really appreciate them.

First and last time bought a thin crust large pepperoni and banana peppers hardly any toppings, sauce looked like they used a paintbrush to put it on 20.00 for a cardboard pizza.Im 65 worked in several top end pizza shops in my time this place in Adel sucks

My review is based solely on the item I ordered. The staff is always friendly, the inside and outside of the restaurant is always clean, my order was prepared in a timely manner. the only problem was…….I do not care for the Detroit-style pizza. it tasted like a can of unseasoned tomato sauce had been poured on the top of the pizza. I will not be buying that menu item again.
